Very user friendly for back end and public. Peer to peer package is amazing for getting more money raised. We utilized it to the fullest extend for our 5k this year and raised almost double what was typically done! Integration with bloomerang is great too, as that is our donaor software already. This is our second year of using QGiv as our platform for our major Fundraising Gala of the year. With the auction package we are able to create a one stop shop where people can purchase their tickets and bid on silent auction items. It is awesome. Qgiv is very user friendly and easy to navigate. If you have any questions the customer service team is truly outsatnding. I cannot express how helpful they have been, they get back to you right away, help with problem solving and making sure eveyrthing is resolved before closing a ticket. When entering in pledge donations, it gets a little complicated. Sometimes we know the donor is going to send the money after the event is over, but we still want to enter them into Qgiv so we can get guest information. So you have to basically enter that they have paid for the sponsorship or table and then track that it is unpaid on your own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do we like the best about Qgiv? The customer service and support we receive. Any new software launch can be overwhelming and time-consuming, but with Qgiv they supported us from the very beginning. They made sure we had the right custom fields and packages unlocked to be able to host a successful event. After we built out the platform, they made sure we had the training to use it and feel confident for the day of the event. Even during our event, they checked on us and made sure we could continue with the success.

Compared to other fundraising platforms, Qgiv has been simple to learn on our own and provides a wealth of knowledge via article and videos to learn at your own pace. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The fact that I am able to submit my ideas for updating the website to Customer Support and they actually get reviewed and sometimes even fixed!
