What do you like best about OneCause?

With so many moving pieces to event planning, I appreciate the planner checklist, which helps guide event creation from start to finish. I also find the variety of reports helpful, as well as the level of detail provided. I can give our accountant, easily, all of the information that is needed. I do like that there are many features that are customizable and that each event (we have several throughout the year) is able to look differently. What do you dislike about OneCause?

As a user of the older version of the event fundraising software, I did have some issues in using OneCause fully for some of our events. I needed open-ended questions for our gala, which I was not able to include. However, having recently sat through a demonstration on the new platform, I am VERY excited about the potential the new platform shows and I am hoping to move our events over to that, which I think will finally allow for us to have the entirety of the event in one website/platform. What problems is OneCause solving and how is that benefiting you?

OneCause is solving the problem of collecting donor information during fundraising, as well as hosting our raffles and auctions. We hold five to six major fundraising events throughout the year, and we use OneCause for all of the events as a tool for our constituents to make purchases, place bids, and make donations. I like that I am able to have everything in one place and that it is fairly easy for our guests to use and the multifunctionality of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OneCause?

While there are many incredible things about OneCause, perhaps the most impressive is their Customer Service. Anytime I have a general or specific question, they are always quick to answer and very friendly. We've had an on-site OneCause rep for our events, and they are also amazing. What do you dislike about OneCause?

I haven't found anything I "dislike" about OneCause. I've suggested that the Silent Auction bidding have the option to show who the top bidder is, as our parents and families are very competitive and like to have fun when they are bidding for items. What problems is OneCause solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to using OneCause, our platform was very costly, and not supportive. It was also not very user-friendly. Now, we've been able to make fundraising much more streamlined for our school, and have also been able to use other fundraising ideas that OneCause offers. What do you like best about OneCause?

OneCause provides easy access to create a great fundraising event. Everything from easy check-in, data collection, auction platforms and much more. Our organization really likes the landing page and how easy it is to communication with the attendees. The Customer Support was very helpful and clarified any questions we had which made the implementation of the event seamless. What do you dislike about OneCause?

What do you like best about OneCause?

We love the ease of using the website for our auction needs. It is so user-friendly. If there is ever any question that needs to be answered, customer service is right on it to help out. Our auctions have always run smoothly with onecause. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about OneCause?

The only item I would suggest is when you create a fixed item to sell that you would be able to list multiple sizes/quantities under one item/package. Instead, you have to list each fixed item by its size as a separate item/package. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about OneCause?

I have used One Cause for about 20 years at two different non-profits and it is the most user-friendly and intuitive software product I have used. The ability to import the prior year's event is valuable and saves so much time. The system is fairly intuitive, so it's easy to train volunteers to assist with data entry. What do you dislike about OneCause?

There is a custom report we requested that seems like it would be helpful to other clients and should be included. I would also like to assign bid numbers by table. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best parts of about OneCause are; the front facing ascetic to help tell the story of our nonprofit, the ease of use for both donors as well as admin building and working on the back end, and the support offered to ensure success in every aspect. What do you dislike about OneCause?

There is room for growth in the reporting. As the Fundraising Solutions platform continues to grow and improve, the types of reports offered and the ease of blending all the payments, purchase and event supporters into reporting can be improved, or even offered more custom tailoring by clients. What problems is OneCause solving and how is that benefiting you?

OneCause is solving the auction pen and paper! Having the ability to showcase our entire auction and raffles, and tickets in one space is wonderful. Also for donors, it is wonderful to have their receipts complete and in their emails by the end of the event. What do you like best about OneCause?

The system is simple and easy to use. I appreciate that you can carry over information from a previous campaign into a new campaign such as donor information, ticketing information, and organization information. It makes things much easier to manage. The online ticketing sales and online auction is easy to use, which is extremely helpful for our annual fundraising campaign. I like the reports that you can use and print out for the event. OneCause has compatible reports that I can use to import into DonorPerfect, our company's donor management system. What do you dislike about OneCause?

The one thing I dislike about OneCause is the difficulty in uploading multiple pictures for online auction items. It takes a couple of extra steps to do and it is time consuming. I understand it's more of a limitation with the software platform that OneCause uses, but it's still the one thing I dislike about using the online auction service. What problems is OneCause solving and how is that benefiting you?

One of the problems that we solved with OneCause was doing a paperless fundraising event. The registration process was completely different from the past events. It was efficient and quick to get everyone in. Utilizing OneCause's text notification was a great way to reach out to our guests throughout the process. What do you like best about OneCause?

OneCause makes it very easy for us to execute many auctions throughout our season. Set up from auction to auction is very easy, and it is very easy to make adjustments and changes quickly. What do you like best about OneCause?

I think the registration portion of the site is clunky for both our team of organizers and our guests. It is not easy to designate dietary concerns or simply use the software for registration. What do you like best about OneCause?

OneCause is a great tool for managing our events. We love the text feature to highlight registration deadlines, auction items available, and it really keeps our attendees engaged before, during, and after the event.
