While Jibble has been a great tool overall, one area that could use improvement is the customization of reports and dashboards. Although the existing reports cover most needs, having a bit more flexibility in choosing filters or building custom views would make it even more powerful. Additionally, occasional sync delays between the mobile app and web platform have been observed, but they are rare and usually resolve quickly. easy to use, efficient, now can download it as an app. making it easy for staff to use, they can check their worked hours, check how long their on a break. see if they have any overtime hours worked. My company recently started using Jibble.

Jibble is a time tracking and clock-in/out solution.

This has been one of the easiest and most intuitive apps.

Currently, we are using the kiosk, which is the most popular option.

The platform is also not that costly.

Pros:

Geo-fencing allows you to track your employees and their location.

Multiple ways of tracking, phone, kiosk, and web

Easy to integrate with existing systems and user-friendly.

Cons:

Geo-fencing has a minimum radius of 300m, so it's not pinpoint accurate

Geo-fencing works with the app and kiosk, but not through the browser

No Okta integration

To me, it is the ability to track time at different locations for free, as the Business we run needs that as we have +10 locations. It integrates easily with our devices being compatible both with Android, iOS and PC, which makes it so the place where we don't have gprs network can still be tracked through a PC. There are some features that could be better explained, i.e, the ability to log hours up without clocking in and out could be better. Also the UI is a bit outdated as per minimalist design current standards. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Jibble is very easy to use and easy to set up. We were just looking for a free timesheet app for our three hourly team members. We looked at several, but liked how Jibble's dashboard looked. In addition, we liked the fact that we could beef it up and add more functionality if and when we needed it. We had good support during our free trial and had help explaining the entire system and it's capabilities. It is a little cumbersome to change clock in an clock outs. Especially if they forget to clock in and then clock out 18 hours later. it is not the easiest fix. The features could be a little easier to follow Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is very fast and intuitive both in use and implementation. It offers different clock-in modes that adapt to various job positions, but the best part is the quick and direct support provided by their customer service, which in this type of tool is usually slow and through endless chats.
