What do you like best about Deputy?

Deputy never gives me any trouble with logging in. I am able to quickly check my schedule whenever I need to, even outside of Wi-Fi, without any loading time. Additionally, I can use it daily to check changes to my shifts, made trade requests, and my favorite feature: synching my shifts to my calendar. Deputy's integration of their "Sync to Calendar" feature is probably the best implementation of a similar feature that I have EVER seen in an app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deputy?

I don't really have any complaints about Deputy! I feel like I get too many notifications from the app, but I also have never tried to change those settings, so I suppose they don't bother me too much! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Deputy?

I’ve been using the Deputy app for work, and it has made tracking my shifts so much easier. I love how simple it is to clock in and out, and being able to see exactly how long I’ve been working helps me stay organized. The app also keeps all my schedules in one place, so I never have to worry about missing a shift.

Another great feature is how it calculates my hours automatically, making it easy to check my timesheets. No more guessing or manual tracking! The interface is user-friendly, and I haven’t had any issues with it.

What do you like best about Deputy?

I think the best thing about deputy is the ability to provide a comment and a general consensus of how your shift went. This helps us see if there’s any things consistently making our day worse and also allows management to have a better understanding of staff moral or any issues people may be having. There is only really one thing that I don't like about Deputy, and it is that sometimes it will tell me that I was absent for my shift, a few days after it had happened. It only says I am absent a few days later, and just on the main schedule. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They help me to be able to see those that are working the same shift as I am, and it is allows me to offer up my shift so someone else can take it for me. What do you like best about Deputy?

All the information I need is right at my fingertips. I especially find the News Feed tab useful and informative. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Deputy?

Honestly, if I was going to change something it would be the People tab. It doesn’t matter to me where my team member are and if the made it to work or not. I think it should be expanded to include managers and their bosses. Kind of like a tree you could show everyone from the CEO (the tree trunk) all the way down to people like me (the many little leafs). What do you like best about Deputy?

Deputy makes management of shifts, annual leave, and payroll interface easy. From the intuitive app on an employee's phone, though the clocking in/out terminals, and the desktop management portal, it's all well thought through, modern and easy to use. The reporting function is extremely flexible, surfacing any data in any format you may need. Employees love it because they can see everything on their phone, upcoming shifts, completed shifts, request annual leave and check their leave balance. What do you like best about Deputy?

Deputy is great for scheduling, time tracking, and absence reporting. The simple user interface and straightforward design make it sleek to operate, without feeling bulky, and it’s proven to be very reliable. I’ve been using it for 2 years now, and looking back, I can’t recall any instances where Deputy was confusing or fell short. That said, I do hope they continue to add new and innovative features. What do you like best about Deputy?

Decent app, needs some work, which they are aware of. They're good at listening to user feedback, the support team have made adjustments based on recommendations from myself and my team. There is always room for improvement and they listen. So if you're looking for a rotating app that can be curated to your businesses needs, I'd say, check it out. We've had teething issues, but everything reported has been resolved, potentially clocking in as a manager before your shift would be useful, we all know occasionally the needs of the business require members of management to arrive early for maintenance issues.
