The best part of Aviso, is the people behind Aviso. My CSM, Ajay, provides top notch support and genuinely cares about Medius' success. He is collaborative and works hard to ensure we are getting all the details we need to run our business. This has spoiled me for all other SaaS companies where I expect the same level of service. My favourite bit of functionality remains being able to identify which deals are "in" or "out", it makes managing the forecast easy, I have a good view of which deals I can expect. I remain challenged by the reporting side of things. I wish there was more flexibility in how we can slice the data. Every time we make an organizational change, we can no longer look at historical conversion rates, how pipeline moved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability for it to be bi-directional to dynamics, reducing the manual burden on reps by automating data entry and adding analysis! Working with Aviso from an administrative perspective, we have the BEST Customer success manager, Magdalene! One of the biggest hurdles we have had to overcome is the complex onboarding with the tool, it has taken our users some time to learn and not feel overwhelmed. That being said Magdalene has done an amazing job with training and assisting our teams to feel prepared. She is available any time to hop onto a call to spend time with individual users or teams, including myself as the admin to understand features and identify issues if there are any. I don't like how my notes disappear when entering, only to have to re-enter . or that I cannot give exact numbers in my forecast. Accepting Roll-up also appears to not be as clear as can be. Updates with Sf.com takes some time to sync with Aviso. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Very easy to grasp my pipeline at a high level, and drill into the details if needed. Having a living dashboard saves me a ton of time and keeps me up-to-speed, and makes my forecasting calls much better. The ability to sync information into Aviso from SFDC and vice versa is great. No matter where an update is made, it's great knowing the data will be accurate. Additionally, the ability to use aviso for reporting is great. Being able to track deals moved out from a specific quarter is a game changer. Our team uses the Avisio to track our business week by week and sometimes day by day. We find the interface much easier to use than the reporting and forecasting in SalesForce. Sometimes the speed of the tweaks to the UI catch us off guard. The team will head into a forecast call and realize a view has been tweaked and rollup numbers are different than expected. Aviso is pretty much the only platform that can be customized to our complex business logic including drawing from multiple sources besides our CRM. The responsiveness of their CSM/product team stand out from other GTM tech platforms which is important when troubleshooting edge cases and updating requirements. Depending on the business logic and amount of customization required, the implementation process could be prolonged. A lot of trial and error required to configure features upfront (but not much afterward). Heavy duty reports sometimes have long load times but this has improved over the last several months. AVISO is an exceptional tracking tool that supports managing a team and provides accurate forecasting for sales, allowing the sales team to focus on proactive selling rather than spending time on reports. Recently, we have been trained on MIKI, which has enhanced our use of the tool significantly. I would like to extend special recognition to JP Niemann, who has personally trained my team in the effective use of the tool. JP's guidance has been invaluable, and he has also shared a great trick to maximize the benefits of AVISO. His support has significantly enhanced our team's performance and efficiency.
