Having used multiple project management softwares, I love the task/timesheet view for a quick glance of what I have due and what I must record time to. It incredibly simple and easy to navigate.
Internal comms across teams is also easy through tagging as well as quickly responding if Outlook is integrated into the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While can be controlled via settings, you can quickly get overwhelmed in notifications. Depending on setup and size of org, you might login and have a lot of notifications to navigate making comms/tasks get lost.
Wrike can be quickly over-managed, meaning orgs with a larger volume of tasks may over engineer - based on features - task building. This may create issues for producers on what's due and when.
Must have a devoted admin with the time and resources to build and on-board team/org. Can get complex very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use Wrike every day to collaborate across teams and keep projects on track. It’s become a central part of our workflow. While we aren’t using its integrations currently, it offers plenty of options. Their customer support is responsive and helpful whenever needed.

I have been using it and would like to break down into 5 points:
1.Ease of Use
Wrike has a clean, intuitive interface that makes it easy for new users to get started. The drag-and-drop functionality and customizable views help teams manage projects without a steep learning curve.
2.Ease of Implementation
Setting up Wrike is straightforward, with helpful onboarding tools and templates that accelerate adoption across teams and departments.
3.Customer Support
Wrike offers responsive customer support, including live chat, a detailed help center, and onboarding assistance, which is especially helpful during initial setup and troubleshooting.
4.Number of Features & Frequency of Use
With features like task dependencies, time tracking, Gantt charts, and real-time collaboration, Wrike is powerful enough to be used daily by project managers and team members alike.
5.Ease of Integration
Wrike integrates seamlessly with widely used tools such as Google Workspace, Microsoft Teams, Slack, and Adobe Creative Cloud, which enhances workflow without disruption.
Overall, Wrike combines robust functionality with user-friendly design, making it a reliable solution for teams that need a flexible, all-in-one project management tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
its interface can feel overwhelming for new users due to the sheer number of features and customization options, leading to a steeper initial learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it's like a public to-do list for your team, including who is assigned to certain tasks as well as an overview of the length and scope of a task. It is also fairly simple to create tasks to add to lists of priorities and the notifications definitely help everyone keep track on projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although Wrike can be helpful, it is not as commonly used in the day-to-day, only speaking as a Planning team member. It feels like a good start to stay on track with projects, but also feels easily forgotten as we get more and more into our work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've really enjoyed using Wrike — it’s been a smooth transition from our previous application, Jira. Wrike offers a lot of the same functionality I liked about Jira, but with even more flexibility when it comes to customizing workflows and dashboards. It’s been really helpful for keeping projects organized, tracking progress, and collaborating across teams.
The system is intuitive once you get familiar with it, and I appreciate how easy it is to tailor everything to fit different project needs. The reporting tools, in particular, have been a big plus for me. Like any platform, there’s a bit of a learning curve at first, but overall it’s been a great experience, and I’m a big fan of how it supports day-to-day project management. Honestly, I don’t have any real dislikes so far. It did take a little time to adjust coming from Jira, just getting used to the different layout and flow of Wrike. But once I got comfortable, it’s been a really smooth experience. I especially like that I can be easily tagged on tickets to stay updated on my assistants' progress — it keeps everything really organized and easy to track. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The task tracking feature in Wrike is indeed a standout. It helps you to stay organized: You can keep all your tasks in one place, making it easy to see what needs to be done and when. Monitor Progress: With visual progress indicators, you can quickly assess the status of each task and ensure deadlines are met. Prioritize Work: Wrike allows you to set priorities and deadlines, helping you focus on the most critical tasks first. Collaborate Efficiently: You can assign tasks to team members, add comments, and share files directly within the task, enhancing collaboration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Customization: Although customization is a strength, it can also be a double-edged sword. Setting up and configuring workflows and dashboards is time-consuming and requires a steep learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I appreciate how I can easily do my requests and follow up with where everything is in the steps. I also like getting emails to know the updates. I probably only use it once a month, but for what I have to do it is effective. I've never had to cut customer service, but I know my colleagues really enjoy it. Right away it is kind of hard to use. It's not super evident, but the more you use it, the more intuitive it becomes. I really only use it for briefs when I'm asking for some kind of graphic design to be made. It would be nice if I could write the brief directly in the application, which is having to write it elsewhere and then upload it after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using Wrike has truly transformed our team dynamics. Originally, we sought it out just for our immediate group, but soon recognized its broader potential. Its real strength lies in how it revolutionized our efficiency and communication. The level of customization is impressive, catering to every team's unique needs. Integration with various platforms and streamlined reporting have been invaluable assets. Highly recommended! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really have nothing to complain about. Whenever I needed support, they helped me, and there are plenty of tutorials available, as well as a specialist to answer your questions in your own language. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wrike helps teams manage projects with task tracking, Gantt charts, dashboards, and real-time collaboration. Key features include time tracking, workload views, proofing tools, and automation to streamline work. It integrates with tools like Slack, Google Workspace, and Adobe. Mobile access and custom reports keep teams productive and informed, making it ideal for organized, efficient project management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Wrike can feel overwhelming due to its complex interface and steep learning curve. Users report occasional lag, especially with large projects. The notification system can be excessive without proper tuning. Customization can be powerful but requires time and effort to set up effectively. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really enjoy the various views available, from being able to go to inbox, dashboards, and to do lists. The availability of these views allows me and my team to keep track of our work and be more collaborative. It also allows us to work across different teams at our agency. When a request is made, the view at the top of the request is a bit cluttered and disorganized. I prefer to be able to see the most important information about my request or a request I have been assigned so that I'm not spending extra time searching for the information that I need amongst empty fields.
