As someone who juggles a lot between work projects, personal goals, and creative hobbies, ClickUp was already my go-to platform — but becoming a Verified user took it to a whole new level. The recognition not only validated my skills and workflow expertise but also connected me to a vibrant, supportive community of like-minded professionals.
The resources, early access to features, and direct feedback opportunities are incredible perks that make me feel like I'm part of shaping the future of ClickUp. It’s clear the team truly values the voices of their power users. Plus, having the Verified badge brings an extra layer of credibility when collaborating with teams or coaching others on how to optimize their systems.
If you're serious about organization, efficiency, and being part of a next-level productivity movement, getting ClickUp Verified is 100% worth it. It’s not just a badge — it’s an invitation to excel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Even though I love ClickUp and being a Verified user, there are definitely a few things I’d love to see improved:
Multiple tabs or split-screen view inside the app would be a huge upgrade. It would make it so much easier to work across different tasks or spaces without constantly flipping back and forth.
A built-in chat/messaging system (kind of like Facebook Messenger) would be amazing — something where conversations could stay open on the side while still viewing tasks, docs, or dashboards. It would make discussing projects way more seamless without losing focus on the work itself.
Speed/performance improvements would really help too. Since we use ClickUp for literally everything in our business, it feels like the more we build out and organize, the slower it gets. A lighter, faster experience would seriously take ClickUp from great to perfect.
Overall, I'm super happy with ClickUp, but these upgrades would make an already awesome tool even more powerful! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ClickUp is extremely helpful for managing tasks and keeping everything organized in one place. The platform is very intuitive, offers a high level of customization, and makes it easy to prioritize activities and meet deadlines. Task management, in particular, has improved our team's productivity significantly, and the ability to view everything through dashboards and lists is a game-changer. I use it every day, all day long, and already integrated with some other apps, like Toogl Track, Google Calendar and Microsoft Outlook. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the number of features can be overwhelming for new users. It takes a little time to learn how to configure everything in the best way for your workflow. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ClickUp's versatility cannot be beat. If I'm just working on a straightforward to-do list or some intricate multi-team project, ClickUp accommodates flawlessly. I appreciate the Calendar view when time-blocking, the drag-and-drop functionality in rescheduling, and the effortless integration with the likes of Slack, Google Drive, and Zapier. Being able to tailor dashboards, automate workflows, and monitor tasks in real time has incredibly heightened my productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The only negative aspect is that it can be overwhelming initially due to the number of features. There's a learning curve, particularly for beginners who are not used to using project management tools. But once you get accustomed to it (and use templates), it is a powerhouse. Some minor occasional lag with huge workspaces may occur as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ClickUp Brain really is a time-saver. The built-in AI can now summarize lengthy threads, draft docs, and even transcribe voice clips right inside a task, which lets my team cut down on context-switching and chase fewer add-on tools.
New calendar & Gantt upgrades make planning less painful. The March 2025 refresh merged tasks, docs, chats, and meetings into a single calendar view and added AI-powered time blocking; Gantt charts load noticeably faster and keep the zoom level persistent.
Everything in one workspace. We run agile sprints, publish docs, and manage OKRs without shuffling between apps. Native integrations (Slack, Drive, GitHub) are quick to wire up.
Granular permissions + robust automations. It’s easy to give contractors comment-only access or trigger multi-step workflows when a status changes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Interface still feels busy. ClickUp has trimmed some clutter, but the sidebars and settings panels can overwhelm new users.
Mobile app trails the web experience. Board drag-and-drop occasionally stutters, and offline mode is limited.
AI quality is uneven. Brain excels at summaries, but longform “writer” outputs need heavy editing, and knowledge-base answers aren’t as sharp as they were a year ago
Pricing creep. Core features stay affordable, yet advanced AI credits and premium automations add up fast for large teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ClickUp has literally been the second digital brain for our audiovisual production company, Onix Medios. What I like the most is its level of customization: you can build your own organizational system that fits exactly how you think and work. It's not just a task manager, it's a platform where every project, client, or idea finds its ideal space. My partner and I have been using it for 3-4 years, after a friend who has been on ClickUp for over 7 years recommended it to us. We have restructured everything several times, and each attempt has helped us better understand the possibilities it offers. I also greatly value that ClickUp is constantly evolving: new features, better integrations, and now, with artificial intelligence, many opportunities open up to better optimize and automate processes. It feels alive and in constant change, just like a startup. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it can be overwhelming due to the number of options and ways to do things. It's not that it's bad, on the contrary, it's part of its potential, but it requires time, patience, and constant learning. I would still like to feel more expert in taking advantage of all the functionalities, especially now that AI is being integrated.
Moreover, although the advancement in AI is promising, I still feel that it lacks being a truly proactive and autonomous virtual assistant, as one would expect. Hopefully, in a few more years, ClickUp will manage to be that "virtual partner" that accompanies you and works by your side almost organically. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I like most about ClickUp is how flexible it is to adapt to my team’s needs. I use it daily to organize QA test cycles, document evidence, automate repetitive tasks, and track the progress of tickets across multiple squads. Automations and custom templates save a lot of time and help maintain consistency in our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While it's a very powerful tool, the interface can feel a bit overwhelming for new users. Some advanced automations or filters may take extra time to set up, and managing permissions across larger teams could be more intuitive. Still, once configured, the benefits far outweigh the learning curve. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ClickUp brings all our tasks, documents, goals, and time tracking into one unified workspace. We’ve been using it since 2018, and it’s incredibly flexible for managing both internal workflows and client projects. The customizable views (List, Board, Calendar, etc.) and detailed automation options save us hours each week. Plus, their frequent feature updates show they’re serious about improving the platform. Some of the newer features feel a bit buggy when first released, and the mobile app can be slightly slow when loading complex workspaces. Also, while customization is great, it can be overwhelming for new users without proper onboarding or templates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I use ClickUp all over. It is core to my daily workflow, project plan and knowledge base. I love how everything is on one place. I have used many tools over the years to help me keep track of work and clickup solves all the problems for me. I like the flexibility that clickup offers - I have made so many lists from tasks management, renovations, project management, software projects, property investing, meeting minutes and tracking info,. I feel that it is a must-have for any business- from one man shows to more corpotartes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I find clickup intuitive, but feel comforatble with technology. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like the task management the most in ClickUp. I used to manually set deadlines for myself on my calendar, but now I don't need to use my brain power to try and remember and track all my tasks. I can use the Due Dates and my Home page as my way of tracking all my to-dos each day. Everyday I go into ClickUp, I don't need to worry about anything missing or not being followed up in a timely manner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about ClickUp is that is can get a little complicated sometimes with the setting up of the dashboards as an example, as other features that require more layers of setup. I have slowly learned, but it always feels like there are many elements of the App that I am trying to learn and be better about. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
he advantages of using ClickUp:
The system is very intuitive for both managers and users.
ClickUp offers multiple ways to perform the same action across different screens, which greatly enhances daily productivity.
It provides a lot of flexibility to customize your workspace and includes several automations, which helps reduce costs for the company by minimizing the need for extra staff to handle management tasks.
We use ClickUp's API to integrate with other systems that support our management and processes, and ClickUp has served us very well in this regard.
Their support is also very good. I've had support experiences via email, video call, and form submission — in all cases, I received the answers I needed.
We migrated from another system to ClickUp, and the development team adopted the new platform without any difficulties.
We use ClickUp to manage requests from other departments for the development team, and we've been able to create a personalized and easy-to-understand view for each team. It has become a daily practice for the team to track progress through the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
ClickUp doesn't offer strong support for breaking down tasks into epics and stories, which makes project management more challenging.
ClickUp also lacks advanced permission settings in its basic plan — those features are only available in the higher-tier plans, which may not be financially viable for some companies. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
