There wasn't much documentation about how to share reports with other users, which left us a bit in the wind. It was a minor inconvenience at best, but using an alias is exactly the solution we needed. We have experienced a few times where our automated reports became disconnected and stopped sending, but we aren't aware that it's happened until we usually have a client that brings it to our attention. I like their customer service that guided me through their platform and helped me understand on how to make the most out of webceo. It has a lot of features, comparable to SEMrush, Ahrefs and Moz, which I have used before. But the price is affordable for an ecommerce entrepeneur trying to build the organic rankings and increase organic visiblity (while decreasing ad spend). That's the reason I couldn't go back to the others mentioned. They just cost too much, and I get the same things here.
