In my office we have never been able to have a good paid software that includes everything we need to work and improve the SEO of our company and our clients, since the prices of this type of software is really high if you need to use all its tools and reports. We discovered seranking and it saved us because it included all kinds of analysis and data for a single price without the need to have agency plans that were going out of price. What I like the most is how complete their analytics tools are, how they generate results and give you recommendations for each data they analyze.

To say something negative, if you downgrade your plan they take away the historical data tools on keywords/domains and Insights Tool, I think that limiting the number of projects to 10 and having only one user was enough, because this, if they force you to have a higher priced plan. I find SE Ranking very easy to use, as it's easy to navigate around different products and services. It feels very intuitive and even if I have any questions or problems, I can either find answers in database or contact the support team and get my answers. In my current position I use SE Ranking every day and couldn't be happier for it. When my company has been transferring from the previous service we've used, SE Ranking team helped us migrate all the data we've collected, so the integration went smoothly. Thanks to the new SMM service, we've been able to cancel another service subscription and have all the work on social media channels done from SE Ranking. It would be ideal if SE Ranking allowed greater flexibility in the selection of modules. Being able to customize subscription plans by adjusting the modules according to the agency's needs would allow maximizing their use without raising the subscription price. The most helpful tool about SE Ranking is the Competitive Research. It's really useful to know what are the best and the worst keywords of your competitors.

Furthermore, I do love the SEO audit. When you enter a new project, it creates an automatic SEO audit so you can start from scratch and decide which problem correct first.

SE Ranking is quick and efficient. The speed of the platform and ease of setup was something that our team found to be very noticable compared to other platforms. There was an element of smart assumptions and pre-population of settings and data that saves time during setup and management.

As a digital marketing agency, we requried a robust white-label reporting element and were very pleased with the level in which we were able to brand and customize all levels of reporting, email templates, branding, etc...

Of particular note is the Backlink management system with quick disavow features, notes, and a host of filters to keep your planning focused. The ease of integration between various keyword tools is also a breath of fresh air. We can seamlessly move keywords from Google Search Console reports directly into the Ranking checker. It's the 'little things' that really make this tool stand out.

I had initially left a 5 star review because I use SEranking for my agency SEO needs and it has served us well. I was told that if I leave a nice review for them on Trustpilot and G2, I will be able to get one free user seat.

This was no issue for me as I really do like the tool, and I wanted a free user seat. I was told (and this is word for word) that if I leave good reviews on the two platforms, I will be able to get a complimentary user seat, no deadlines, just the user seat.

1-2 months later, I see that the seat has been disabled, when I spoke to support I was told that "it was only granted for 1 month".

I don't think this is an honest way of doing things, as it feels like I was purposely not told that there is a deadline on the seat....leaves quite a bitter taste in my mouth! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
