I like the simplicity and functionality. The integration to our platform allows our users to very easily contact us, provide screenshot of the location on our website (annotate issues/leaves notes), and get speedy responses from the stafff. I also truly appreciate the team and developers--it has been a wonderful 4 years of experience as partners and I appreciate the level of support they give my group. I really don't have much to dislike about it. It provides the level of API access I need to help transfer data from our website to the system. It integrates well and provides what we need.

Simplicity and flexibility of QA boards and tasks management is awesome, so is the widget and Chrome extension - we got both our team and our customers to use Userback for QA reports submission and feedback submission. Options for tickets and boards privacy and sharing are quite limited - for example, options for internal users (e.g. agency staff) vs options for external users (e.g. collaborators / clients / feedback audience). The platform simplifies collecting and managing user feedback in a way that's intuitive and efficient. Its visual feedback feature is particularly powerful, allowing users to annotate screenshots and videos directly, which makes understanding their issues much easier.
The integration options are another standout. Slack to allow exchange between the team member regarding the issue, and Asana to track and share ticket status for the users.

Pricing Concerns: There's no denying the immense value that Userback brings to the table. However, I did have a moment's pause considering the pricing. Although it offers a competitive rate compared to some of its rivals, I can see how it might be a little daunting for smaller businesses or freelancers to pay for the plan that has integration. 1. I was surprised to find out that client accounts count toward your total users. This limits the number of clients we can give access to projects and provide feedback.
2. Slack is limited to one channel integration per project
