What do you like best about Userback?

This was incredibly easy to setup, install the browser extension, add your domains to the account and away you go. The free trial provided me with enough reason to purchase the full license.

The amount of information provided to a developer about the client is invaluable and this makes feedback for clients SO much easier. Point and click where the problem is, instructions anyone can understand! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userback?

Occasionally I would need to create a feedback task directly in Userback.io, without using the browser extension, it would be nice to have the ability to manually add from the dashboard, opposed to faking one from the font-end. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Userback?

I like the simplicity and functionality. The integration to our platform allows our users to very easily contact us, provide screenshot of the location on our website (annotate issues/leaves notes), and get speedy responses from the stafff. I also truly appreciate the team and developers--it has been a wonderful 4 years of experience as partners and I appreciate the level of support they give my group. Honestly, it's one of the reasons I haven't moved to a different help desk system--it just works for what we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userback?

I really don't have much to dislike about it. It provides the level of API access I need to help transfer data from our website to the system. It integrates well and provides what we need.

I think if one thing I had to mention--I wish there was an option to build question fields in certain types of "tickets". It would help us to be able to ask a few up front questions when collecting data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Userback?

The tool holds up extremely well for recording users feedback on my client websites.

I've never seen any issues with the tool itself as it always just completes it's mission without distraction.

I build, design & manage websites for a living as a single person business.

My Problem: Consistently getting the things I need to resolve issues and complete updates on websites was always a struggle before UserBack. It's hard for people to create screenshots often & provide the necessary information.

What do you like best about Userback?

Options for tickets and boards privacy and sharing are quite limited - for example, options for internal users (e.g. agency staff) vs options for external users (e.g. collaborators / clients / feedback audience). What do you like best about Userback?

The platform simplifies collecting and managing user feedback in a way that's intuitive and efficient. Its visual feedback feature is particularly powerful, allowing users to annotate screenshots and videos directly, which makes understanding their issues much easier.

The integration options are another standout. Slack to allow exchange between the team member regarding the issue, and Asana to track and share ticket status for the users.

What do you dislike about Userback?

What do you like best about Userback?

- Simplified Feedback Collection: Ever since I started using Userback, collecting feedback from my clients regarding website edits has become a breeze. It's so much easier and efficient now.

- 2 Way Trello Integration: This feature has been a game-changer for me. The seamless 2-way integration with Trello streamlines my workflow, making it so much more organized and effective.

- Client-Friendly Interface: I've received several comments from my clients on how intuitive and easy-to-use they find the Userback interface. It's always a win when both the service provider and the clients are happy with a tool! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Userback?

Pricing Concerns: There's no denying the immense value that Userback brings to the table. However, I did have a moment's pause considering the pricing. Although it offers a competitive rate compared to some of its rivals, I can see how it might be a little daunting for smaller businesses or freelancers to pay for the plan that has integration. We wish there was an intermediate plan that considered small shops that still need the integration with Zapier or Trello. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The number on issue we had has a web agency is to collect edits after the initial work has been done. Screenshots pasted into google docs...NO MORE! Since we implemented Userback we never had that issue again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Userback experience has been very reliable for our clients. It has been a game-changer for our QA process and Project Management, from the customizable, easy-to-use onsite widgets to the access to live collaboration with our clients. 1. I was surprised to find out that client accounts count toward your total users. This limits the number of clients we can give access to projects and provide feedback.

2. Slack is limited to one channel integration per project

Userback provides our clients with one place to provide feedback or new requests.
