What do you like best about SurePayroll?
Cristian Hermida was my account rep and helped answer all of my questions, direct me to set my account correctly, and assisted in a demo for my employee. His service was truly incredible and the product works well. I had many questions throughout the process and he was happy to help me! If you are looking for a small business or nanny payroll service, SurePayroll is truly one of the greats (especially with employees like Cristian). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SurePayroll?
When doing an off-cycle payroll, it was a little confusing to make a paper check vs use direct deposit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SurePayroll?
Nothing. If i had to pick something it's the competitive pricing but since you have to re-run payrolls and they give you the wrong advice for payroll accounting, the amount you'll pay them and fines and fees to the IRS and your accountant, it's just not worth it. What do you dislike about SurePayroll?
Customer service is a complete disaster. If you call them, you'll get someone different each time with different levels of expertise and you'll be on the hook if something goes wrong with the payroll. There's just no accountability and no one to help you. Once the sale is made all your told to do is contact support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SurePayroll?
It's hard to think about the upsides of SurePayroll. I suppose it seems like their government filings are accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about SurePayroll?
Customer service is absolutely terrible, and pricing is dishonest. Every time that I haven't needed to speak with someone it takes forever to connect with the right person. Today, it took me 70 minutes to speak with their billing department.
Their pricing page appears to be very straightforward, and there is no mention whatsoever that the displayed pricing is promotional. However, they charge a number of their clients a much higher rate. I'm fairly certain this is illegal (to show pricing that is promotional and not state it as such) in a number of states. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SurePayroll?
All of the representatives are knowable and quick to resolve both issues or any questions you may have.They do not keep you on the phone for a long period of time and you never get "I'll have to transfer you to my supervisor" either. What do you like best about SurePayroll?
The first thing I loved about SurePayroll was the customer service I received. Both when I signed up and when my first payroll was due.
