The biggest pain point so far seems to be process for adding new individual contacts. Because Brevo offers many features beyond emailing, it means that adding a new contact involves a lot of data fields that I don't need. I actually really like almost everything about Brevo. Before I ended up at Brevo, I switched providers every few years because something didn't work and the conditions changed. I was never really satisfied anywhere. Brevo is now my home, where I feel completely comfortable. I appreciate creating the emails - it's easy, modular, and constantly being developed further - even though everything is already really good. I also use the automation - it works perfectly. The support is fast and always helpful.
