Our company has a wide product range and our quoting process is quite complex, involving consideration of a lot of different factors. We have been looking for a proven solution that could be customized to meet our requirements and SteelBrick turned out to be the one. Initial setup and understanding of the system (product configuration rules, etc.) was easy, especially with the awesome support we got throughout the process (their representative being very helpful and competent); we were able to tweak the system to cover all our special needs and it is now a great help for our salespersons - discounts and available product options are added to quotes in a much more controlled way - which means less mistakes and more accurate quotes. On iPad using the Salesforce1 app you cannot immediately open/e-mail a quote document (PDF file) generated by SB. (It only affects the Salesforce1 app though.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The best thing I like about Salesforce Revenue Cloud is that it makes it easier for teams to manage customer deals from start to finish. It combines CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote), Billing, and Subscription Management in one place. Also we can see real-time revenue data and reports, it automates many manual tasks. Also it can be integrated with other products of salesforce easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although it is very useful, it can be expensive, especially for small or medium businesses. The licensing and setup costs can add up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is so much you can do with this program. So much detail when it comes to organize the leads to get on the day. I can the date when they inquire, the time line, the program of interest, there is a section for notes. The best part is that it adapts to any department in our organization so now we all can work on the same program sense we all have a section to work on. Is an easy integration and ease to use program. We use SalesForce every day is just we are able to make are dials and connect with people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As much as I like all the tabs and options. Sometimes can be changeling to find something. You do have to click a few times to get where you want to be just to find a peace of information and them return all the way back to continue. I really don't like that it doesn't recognize that I have it open. For example I am working on a lead inside of SF and a team member share another lead through zoom when I click on the link it open a new SF window instead of just another tab.
