What do you like best about Rippling?

I love how easy it is to find everything I need with clear sections and links. I don't have to search around the site to find what I am looking for. The home page is inviting and easy to navigate. I love that I am able to make time clock adjustment requests without having to get a manager involved. Rippling integrates into my daily tasks with ease, and as something I use multiple times per day, it makes it easy for me to switch back and forth while implementing the app. I haven't yet needed customer support, due to the accessibility and ease of navigation with the app, but I'm sure it would be fantastic should I ever have the need. What do you dislike about Rippling?

What do you like best about Rippling?

The ability to manually add and manage Expenses with multiple receipts at one time is wonderful! The ease of generating expenses in Rippling by text is also a major upgrade compared to Navan! Previously using Navan, it had similar tools, but the automated receipt tool seemed to take longer or not be able to transcribe a physical receipt as well as Rippling has done!

I have not utilized Rippling customer support, but orientation back in April with our HR person and Rippling trainer was very straight-forward.

Love the following features:

- Payroll usage

- PTO

- Automated Expenses by text message are easy!

- Manual Expenses are easy!

- I9 Documentation Guide was very informative and the GUI for adding documents worked well! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

It has been less than 1 month since utilizing Rippling, but so far I have not had any issues. Colleagues of mine mentioned the following:

- No Car Rental functionality currently

- Minor issues with Time Punches (but Rippling has setup to where we can edit and have our manager approve time changes or past punches for ease! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Rippling?

They have robust offerings in terms of Hr solutions that you can select from based on business need. Additionally, the have resources that enable you to solve your own problems on their help center as well as an ability to schedule time and chat live to solve problems.

Our assigned contacts have also been so committed to supporting our team with all of our needs.

The final thing I would say is the platform itself feels modern and very intuitive to use. I have had very little challenge getting my full team online and able to navigate the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I would not say it is a dislike so much as a suggestion. I think given how advanced the platform is when we moved from our old more basic PEO/ASO there was alot to learn and so I think as a part of implementation it would be helpful to align on what will be the same or different about the day to management on the old system. What do you like best about Rippling?

One of the things I like best about Rippling is its ease of use. The platform is incredibly intuitive, allowing even new users to navigate HR, IT, and finance functions with minimal training. Ease of implementation was another standout — we were able to get set up quickly without needing extensive customisation or long onboarding times. I also appreciate how frequently we use Rippling across different teams; it's become a daily tool for managing everything from employee onboarding to payroll and benefits. Finally, the ease of integration with other platforms we already use made the transition even smoother, helping us centralise our processes without disrupting our existing workflows. What do you like best about Rippling?

What I like best about Rippling is how seamlessly it brings together HR, IT, and payroll into a single, easy-to-use platform. What do you like best about Rippling?

I really appreciate the clean and unfussy UI design. It makes it very easy and quick to find what I need. The page I use the most is the 'leave' page where I can book holiday and register sick leave etc. Apart from being easy to use, it's also very easy to understand the calendar system so that I can compare my time off with what my colleagues are taking. I can also easily see all the different types of leave that I'm eligible to take and see how much time is remaining. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

This is very minor, but I have access to a few pages and tabs that aren't relevant to me, so it would be good if they were hidden so that there are fewer navigation links to click on. For example there's a whole Approvals section even though my role doesn't require me to approve anything for anyone in my company. It doesn't really stop me finding what I need though. What problems is Rippling solving and how is that benefiting you?

I only have to go to one place in order to sort out any kind of absence whether ad hoc or pre-booked (eg. sick leave vs paid holiday). It ensures I don't have to worry about multiple different systems and I don't need to have the same conversation several times with different colleagues and managers. What do you like best about Rippling?

Ripplings' UI is very clear and it is super easy to use. my managers get instant notifications. Mostly it doesn't feel like a clunky HR portal. it feels like regular productivity tool- simple and clear. i like i how i see the stats like how many leaves i have left, when i took off last or whats pending. once i apply on Rippling my work is done and i dont have to bug anyone for approvals. since it is also available on laptops or phone, it is accessible anytime. For me, rippling has made absence management and attendance tracking way easier. i dont have to deal with messy spreadsheets or follow up with HR to check if my time off was logged correctly. everything is right there in the app- whether i'm applying for a leave, logging ork from home or checking my leave history it saved my time and keeps things transparent. What do you like best about Rippling?

We've been using Rippling for several years now, and it's been a great experience. Rippling is really quite a few steps ahead of other management software. It's more modern and professional, yet leaves fun art on each paystub. I love the experiences for selecting insurance, exploring the org chart, checking your pay, opening other services with SSO, or managing your employees. Throughout all experiences, it is thoughtfully designed and never encroaches on confusing or overly detailed, even during onboarding and insurance selection. What do you dislike about Rippling?

There isn't anything to dislike about Rippling. There was a bug a few years ago when Rippling notified the team that W2s were ready, but they didn't show in the app. They fixed this quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rippling?

As an HR professional, I absolutely LOVE the capabilities of Rippling’s platform to reference unique profile information and other relevant information to set up intuitive rules and filters across reports, surveys, reviews… YOU NAME IT! We just completed our implementation and 1 month in, there are so many detailed processes I’ve been able to simplify with the platform and some basic rule setups. Our account team has been receptive to our needs and are looking to further optimize our setup within the platform to leverage our people resources across our rapidly growing team. I feel confident in the scaling capabilities that Rippling offers our company. Excited to see what the next few months bring and new ways I can automate the administrative burden of the “traditional HR” needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I think an area that could be improved is the implementation process itself. A lot of companies are moving to a help-based structure and that’s fine, but it takes away from the customized design of a really malleable system at early stage for a new client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

They are solving for what they advertise as the “Ripple effect”. The additional considerations of changes to employee information that could occasionally be forgotten. (Ex. What do you like best about Rippling?

Rippling allows for a seamless experience with enrolling in company benefits and providing electronic signatures for documents. Rippling also shows valuable employee information such as compensation and job title.

In contrast to Rippling's competitors, Fidelity's web interface for enrolling in benefits is more clunky. Rippling allows for easier access to download benefit details in PDF format. Rippling also allows for a better interface for input entry navigating between enrollment pages. In contrast, Fidelity does not provide as much help with regards to explanations of HSA and FSA selections. In fact, I would not trust Fidelity to properly implement the option to gray out the appropriate HSA and FSA choices depending on the medical plan selected.

Furthermore, in contrast to Workday, which is an application that provides employee data such as compensation and job title, Rippling operates at a faster speed for the user experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rippling?

I love Rippling. I have not seen any downsides to Rippling. My only hope is that Rippling continues to excel and trend upwards as opposed to stagnating and falling behind competitors with regards to software quality and UX polish. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
