What do you like best about QuoteWerks?
We can prepare client quotes quickly in the office or on the go. It's easy to teach other staff members to use, and we can create custom templates for different project types so they can be reused for similar future projects. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about QuoteWerks?
I wish the program would automatically know the sales tax rates based on the zip codes. Currently, QuoteWerks pulls the tax rate data from Kaseya's BMS account, and sometimes, the sales rep doesn't set those accounts up at the prospect level in BNMS for them to come over into QuoteWerks correctly. What do you like best about QuoteWerks?
QuoteWerks gives us the ability to choose which lines we can use for each order and which of these lines will be projected at the time of last printing, and QuoteWerks has the ability to adjust many factors in the job sheet, this facilitates quoting in one or more windows. What do you dislike about QuoteWerks?
They should offer a trial period of at least 10 days so that novice customers can choose QuoteWerks without any inconvenience. When modifying a quote we wanted ability to pull the entire group over the header and it is missing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
