
This software is intuitive, easy to use, and effective. My office has many people who are not very tech-savvy, but they were all able to pick up on how to use the program with very little training. The "to-do list" format simplifies the CRM process into discrete tasks that make it easy to keep up with multiple leads. I spent a lot of time researching CRM systems and they were all more expensive and harder to use. Our team quickly adapted to the software and the price is so reasonable. It seems like it's designed more for B2B sales rather than B2C, and assumes that each user will be independently working on leads. I was able to adapt the program to our needs as a B2C company that uses a collaborative sales process, but it took some adjusting. OnePageCRM is super simple to setup and is intuitive. Support is responsive and knowledgeable. OnePage CRM's documentation is great, too. I love the generous Power of Action Progrma for Nonprofits and having 5 seats for our small team. I have been able to easily import information and the product is extensible working smoothly with our google accounts. Above all, there was no need to spend hours onboarding. There are other products that address different facets for nonprofits. Although OnePageCRM is primarily a sales tool, we at Lincs Dobermann Rescue have been able to use it to automatically receive adoption, fostering and rehoming applications from our website. This has meant no more hours wasted filling in spreadsheets and we are able to keep a timeline of each applicant. It has been easy to implement, it is easy to use, is used daily by the rehoming team and if there are any issues the customer support is fast and knowledgeable. This platform was designed for small businesses, or (like me) individual sales people. I have tried most of the popular ones out there, and this has exactly what need, and nothing that I don't. Most of the systems have SO many components that I would never use, but they HAVE to be filled out and updated to make everything work properly. It's a very easy to use solution. In particular, the visual design of the platform is welcoming and not intimidating. Some other systems are migraine-inducing when viewing and using them, but there is a wonderful practicality and pragmatism to the way OnePageCRM has been put together that encourages interaction and use. So many businesses find it hard for staff to update and maintain CRMs effectively, but OnePageCRM makes it as easy as possible.
