Microsoft One drive has been a life saviour for me. My laptop was once crashed and I was super worried about all the important files and documents I could have possibly lost and then I realised that Microsoft OneDrive had backed up everything that I ever needed.

And when I received my new device I was able to retrieve all my files and documents due to the back up feature.

The cloud storage solution has been top-tier as it offers experience for both professional and personal use seamlessly.

It offers set of features in a very comprehensive way and provides various collaboration and storage needs.

OneDrive effortlessly integrates with MS applications which makes it easy to access and share files accross various applications like Excel, MS Word, Powerpoint etc.

It is easily available on Windows and also ensures that I can access my files from any device.

MS OneDrive had been a user friendly interface tool and it's design makes the users help navigate the files and helps them manage the files very easily.

Although Microsoft OneDrive for Business can be accessed remotely, we still need internet access to use the files, which eliminates the benefit of remote access. Furthermore, the size limitation of files is set at 15 GB, and it doesn't support more than 15 GB files for OneDrive for Business. I like the way OneDrive connects with other Microsoft 365 apps. The syncing done automatically is helpful since it ensures my files are updated across all devices. It can be annoying when some users are working on the same file at the same time and sync conflicts arise. It's not so easy to understand how the storage system is organized, especially the difference between personal and shared folders. Microsoft Onedrive storage acts as a central storage for all the team members in our department. All the team members save the files at one place with proper labels, and can access the files when required. It is easy to find the files as well. The folders are safe in the drive. Admins give the access and permissions as required. The Social Media team uses it on a daily basis. We can attach files in the emails from the drive very easily.

As Box Customer till 2021 then we migrated to OneDrive specially for cost effective approach which OneDrive comes with E5 subscription and reduces our client budget for applications .Mainly the support with Box not seems to be not best for us unlike the premier support with Microsoft. one thing which I wish to mention is character limitations in file explorer which creates issue for users with more sub folders and long filename.
