This is a MUST to anyone who is doing any type of cold calling (sales people, Headhunters etc). Lusha was able to find about 80% of the contact details we were looking for (mobile numbers, office numbers, email addresses...). Lusha does not two-way sync CRM Company / Contact ownership. Searching in their UI, you will not be able to discern if accounts or contacts are currently owned or worked.
The fix is to work between Lusha & the CRM or use a static CSV, which is not scalable with large teams.
Company ownership will override the CRM if someone does not check...which will create both duplicative effort and culture conflict.
Their support model is also terrible. During set up, I had questions about setting up an API and it took a full week to get someone on the phone for what was solved in a 15 minute call.
We've had issues with their CSV exports being sporadically formatted.
I have purchased dozens of softwares in my career and this is easily the worst experience I have had to-date.

Nothing to dislike but here is a suggestion. You may include an option for users if the provided no. or mail ID is incorrect and the user should be able to update the correct details. In such case, the Lusha team should be notified and then validate the contact no. After validation, the user should be rewarded with one extra credit in lieu of.

Lusha provides accurate phone numbers and email IDs. This data is pretty much useful for outreach purposes. All the phone numbers and emails are valid. I use Lusha every day to generate email IDs for my outreach purposes. Lusha can also be integrated with CRMs for the direct flow of data from Lusha to CRM. This will help in reducing time and cost. To be completely honest I don't know that there is much I like about them compared to other tools. I've been in the technology space for 18 years and they have a long way to go to compete in their market.they have no app, you can't use their product on a phone, we have found after collecting metrics that either they are 40% inaccurate or we are one unlucky customer who continues to select leads in their tool with bad data. Also, they claim their data is accurate yet we are finding 40% inaccuracy abd that's being modest. I wouldn't recommend anyone to this platform - seek out Apollo or ZoomInfo first it's a little more expensive but it's worth it when you can actually bring in revenue from the info.
