I use Logikcull regularly - I appreciate its efficiency, somewhat easy use, and search capabilities for reviewing Public Records Act requests. It helps streamline document review, reduces manual effort through automation, and its secure platform importatn. Very importantly, the application allows for collaboration between the City Clerk’s Office and City Attorney. The customer support and sales teams are very responsive and extremely helpful. As a solo, this platform provides me with a tool to be substantially more efficent in the discovery phase of any litigation. Clients easily upload documents and those documents can then be quickly review and sorted based upon a variety of different options. I started out with the basic plan and thereafter increased to the premium plan. Feels like I'm stealing from them based upon the use of the benefits from the plan. Logikcull is an awesome program by itself, not to mention the great customer service the company provides. From training to using the program, the support is unmatched. Kate provided a clear and robust training, and Sophia assisted me when I encountered an issue with a document not rendering after being uploaded. The software is very user-friendly, even for non-technical individuals. Our company has used it with several people and different departments, and everyone quickly figured out how to use it. If I have to be picky, it's that it's hard to decipher which option on which screen to choose. For example, there's the same option on multiple pages (like include native files, dedupe, etc.), but not all of them do the exact same function. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

In researching several different e-discovery platforms for our firm, Logikcull was by far the most user friendly. The customer service has also been wonderful. I commonly utilize the chat feature to get answers to questions and they are always quick to respond. Our account rep, Harsh, is super helpful. We've been able to utilize Logikcull more than we expected and have upped our usage a couple of times now. The process has been relatively painless both times. In this instance, I needed to use a feature that I have not used before. Not only was there a very helpful informational video giving step by step instructions, there was also live chat support when I was getting an error message.
