There’s honestly very little to dislike. The pricing may seem premium at first glance, but the performance and support justify every euro spent. The only real downside is that Kinsta is run using NGINX rather than LINUX which gave me some issues running a plugin that converted my images to WEBP. I mainly use Kinsta for SEO tasks, such as setting up redirects, making manual backups before significant changes on a website, and analyzing logs, clear website analytics.

Kinsta offers useful plugins (at least for WordPress projects), so you don’t have to constantly switch between your CMS and hosting platform. You save time by being able to perform tasks like creating manual backups directly within the CMS.

Additionally, what I find really valuable nowadays is the cybersecurity notifications. If any vulnerability is detected (for example, in a plugin), I receive a notification and can make sure that everything is secure and up to date.

For people who aren’t very tech-savvy like me, the Kinsta support team is always available to help with any questions, and they get straight to the point.

I have to admit, the price is higher than I have seen with other hosting providers. However, because of the ease of use and the Kinsta support team, who are always available, you can save a lot of costs by reducing the tasks assigned to your administrator.
