The best about JumpCloud is very practical, easy to use and good for managing large organization directory. As the product is Cloud solution, it is really easy to use it remotely especially for internal IT support like me. I can solve several people's issue without having to meet them face to face. Additionally, it is really convenient for us to offboard talents from company and making sure that the access security is always on top.

The customer support team is very knowledgeable and be able to support or assist me to solve any issue while using JumpCloud.

JumpCloud might need to improve on the dashboard navigation.

Example: The navigation between a user profile to another user profile.

In my case, when I want to navigate to search for another user, it is quite a hustle as I need to go back and forth especially when it comes to key in data for a lot of users.

Same goes to navigation between devices as well. As a IT admin, there will be time that I need to manage several devices in the same time. • Current password manager, while functional and secure, leaves a lot to be desired. Speciifcally: the user interface is a bit clunky; there is no native Apple Silicon version of the password manager; search, while functional, is extremely clunky because it doesn't allow you to view a static list of search results, but only a small drop down menu that disappears the minute you click on a result; the browser extension mostly works well, but fails pretty spectacularly on certain websites.

• No easy way to manage printers without either a dedicated on-site print server or a cloud based solution. This means you need either to keep an on-site server (one reason to use JumpCloud is to eliminate the need for any kind of on-site server), or pay for another cloud-based service. What I like best about Jump Cloud is its centralized user and device management. It is pre-built. Adding integrations are sometimes complex, but that complexity would exist with any directory. The guides are comprehensive too; sometimes they can be hard to follow, but these are highly complex topics, so it is inevitable.. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Support is decent, but sometimes I have needed to supply the same information more than once and I've needed to repeat diagnostic steps on the instructions of the support team.. Jumpcloud is an excellent tool for several reasons, as it is an identity and access management platform, it makes centrally managing user authentication and authorization across different systems and applications much easier. It supports different types of platforms and operating systems such as Windows, MacOS and Linux, which facilitates use in mixed environments, also always combining the issue of security and compliance, with multi-factor authentication and group-based security policies. I rely on JumpCloud daily—it’s a critical tool for our business operations. Setting up applications is straightforward, and managing user accounts is even simpler. The role-based permission management significantly reduces complexity, allowing us to handle user access quickly and easily. As a SecOps engineer, I particularly value how effortlessly I can access the machines needed for evidence collection during audits. We have hundreds of users, more than 50 applications, and 15 teams, so managing authentication without JumpCloud would be a nightmare. JumpCloud simplifies the process, making user permissions easier to manage and audit. I have a few minor suggestions. It would be great to have a built-in feature for time-based permissions, such as automatically expiring a user’s group membership after 30 days. Additionally, streamlining the process of managing ingress logs and sending them to our SIEM and log management platform—without relying heavily on the API—would enhance the experience. I love the way that Jumpcloud ir orgnized and it is easy to use, we have manners to create shortcuts and also SSOs, this improve the way that we have security on software and we can rely on company safity links to use. The documentation about integration is very accurate and the customer support is always there to help. I am now on implementation phase of JumpCloud Password Manager and I am loving the whole process. I do not have anything bad to say about Jumpcloud but I will leave here some things that you guys can use to enhance the use from all people.

The first suggestion is to create a way to set a standard password to all new users that enters in the company.
