What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

There are two things that I really like about ISpring, the first is the product and the second is the customer service support. I am using the ISpring Suit 8 for computerized chapter reviews used in my classes. As we complete a chapter in class, the final step is for the student to complete a computerized chapter review of the material. The software is easy to work with, easy to prepare quizzes, quickly loads into Blackboard using "SCORM", and automatically computes the grade and loads it into the gradebook in blackboard. It is just incredible software which totally meets my needs.

As for the customer service, I just can't speak highly enough about them. One of the reasons that I bought the software is because I read a customer review that said they had incredible customer support. I knew that customer support was just as important as the quality of the product. I am pleased to say that the ISpring customer support staff is incredible. They are available when I need them, and will find an answer to my question within a quick time frame. You can call or email for technical support. When I have major issues, I just send them my file and they figure out what is wrong and then respond to me in detail (pictures included) with instructions on how to fix it. Honestly, this company's customer support is about the best I have ever seen. When you call for help, you will get a LIVE person that knows the software and can help you! What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

Honestly, I love the product and the customer support. If there was something I would change, it would be to offer more capabilities to format text (color and font size) within the quizzes. I believe that this something that they are working on and will be offered in future releases. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering iSpring Suite:

I am sure that there are a lot of software packages out there. When buying a software package, really make sure that the customer service department will be there to support you. Before I purchased the ISpring software, I called them to learn more about the software. Not only did they talk with me about the software, but they scheduled a live session where one of their tech support people walked me through a demonstration. They didn't just tell me to view some tutorial, they took the time to work with me and show me what the software was capable of.

I was offered a 30 day trial period. During that 30 days, I tried the software, called the support line with questions and was always pleased with the level of support. After the 30 day trial period, I purchased the product because it more than met my needs and I am pleased to say that the customer service has continued to be as good if not better than what I experienced during the 30 day trial period!

As you look at the price of the software, the price may seem expensive upfront, but keep in mind that the customer service is included. The ability to call with questions and get help in a timely manner makes this software extremely INEXPENSIVE!

This is a great company to work with, great product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

I wanted to offer my students the ability to have a final review of the material before they completed a chapter. The intent was to offer one final opportunity for the student to learn the material. I created power point files with narration added to review the material and then inserted quizzes periodically throughout the file to test them on their understanding of the material. The software is sophisticated enough so that I can offer multiple attempts to answer the question correctly, shuffle questions, and grade not only on the questions in the quiz but if the student views the review slides as well!

Overall, my students love the reviews. They can do the reviews from their own computers at a time that is good for them and they can deepen their level of understanding of the material. It is a great way for the student to prepare for upcoming exams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

What I like best about iSpring is its ease of use, especially for anyone already comfortable with PowerPoint. The integration is seamless—you can quickly turn a presentation into an interactive course without having to learn a new platform. I also appreciate the built-in text-to-speech feature, which makes it easy to create professional audio without needing voiceover talent. The interactive tools, like quizzes and branching scenarios, are intuitive and allow for engaging content creation with minimal effort. Overall, iSpring makes developing eLearning content straightforward and efficient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

Lack of native AI on PPT. Limitations on length of text to speech. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

Efficiently creating high-quality eLearning content without the need for complex software or extensive technical skills. Many organizations need to train employees, onboard new hires, or deliver compliance training quickly, but lack the time or resources to build full-scale learning management systems from scratch. iSpring allows businesses to repurpose existing PowerPoint materials into interactive, SCORM-compliant courses, complete with quizzes, assessments, and multimedia elements. By simplifying course development, iSpring reduces production time and lowers costs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

Designing, creating e-learning courses usually evokes bad feelings when the name SCORM is dropped. And that's where the iSpring package comes to the rescue. A package, because it's ultimately more than one piece of software that allows you to turn a training idea into a professionally built course. It's worth mentioning that existing licenses allow institutions such as institutes and universities to make it available in a server version so as to optimize purchasing and its use. At the Military Medical Institute -State Research Institute, since iSpring began to be used, the creation of the course can be carried out by the Content Author, which makes the course itself as faithful as possible to the author's ideas. What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

Difficult to point out, it might be worth adding templates for courses, diplomas so as to shorten the path of learning tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

iSpring has produced a path to conveniently create courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

I was amazed by the iSpring features after the first try. I prepared comprehensive training in PowerPoint, but I did not know how to share it with my students without the fear that my knowledge would be abused.

ISpring Suite gave me all the features that I expected. What I like the most?

- Converting PPT to HTML, including all animations, transitions, etc.

- Text-to-voice feature, where all PPT notes should be converted into hundreds of languages and voices

- Embed option - I can embed to Powerpoint the third party codes and iSpring would play it

- Extensive protection. I appreciate the most white-label domains, which means that my HTML PowerPoint could be previewed only from dedicated websites

- Possibility to download the code and run it from my own servers

- Excellent customer support. They helped me even on Sunday night, which I really did not expect

- Possibility to edit the player, change the theme etc..

- Export files in different formats, enabling easy communication with other LMS platforms

- Easy switch the work from one computer to another

- ...

iSpring Suite is worth any penny spent... Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

iSpring Suite has made it so easy to create engaging quizzes and interactive learning sessions. The software integrates with PowerPoint, so the learning curve was short and easy. I don't think there's an easier product to learn when it comes to creating interactive lessons and quizzes. Plus, the support from the company has been phenomenal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

I've been using iSpring Suite for many months now, and I haven't seen any downsides to the software. If I had to come up with an issue, I guess it would be nice to have more downloadable examples of different things you can do with the software. But they already provide quite a few. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

I needed a way to provide students with interactive lessons and engaging quizzes, and I needed it to be easy to learn and implement. iSpring Suite solved all of those issues. Students are able to easily retain what they learn because of the interaction that iSpring Suite has allowed me to do with my lessons and quizzes. I didn't have to put in loads of hours trying to figure out the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

iSpring Suite is easy to use right out of PowerPoint. I can add slides, quizes, videos, etc and have it imbedded in my presentation. There are a lot of characters that you can chose from to add a professional touch or a whimsical touch. The premade slide formats are helpful and really do make it easy to follow a desired pathway to a presentation or creation of a course that will be added to iSpring Learn. I like also that they are continue to update. There are new slides and features that reflect a wide varieity of businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

It took me many calls to the IT help desk to figure out how I can move material from my original personal computer to my work computer. The presentations would move over just fine, but the voice overs would not. The IT help desk showed me what I needed to do and we were able to resolve the issue. But it took me months before I was able to get it up and running because of that delay. I think there are many videos or guides that would be needed for some of us to figure it out on our own. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

iSpring is bringing cohesion to our onboarding and training documents. Our staff is now seeing the same thing across all locations because each new employee watched the same presentation. iSpring Suite has allowed me to create modules and trainings that help new hires visualize what is expected of them as well as understand our business flow. iSpring Suite brings us consistency across our brand. Because it is used by many employees, the consistency of informatin has been helpful. It is also convient that when 1 thing gets changed - it updates across the platform. What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

The iSpring Suite is compatible with MS PowerPoint, which mean you can open PPT and use the Suite's many techniques to enhance trainings from right there. For example, I create asynchronous trainings for adults. I want to both engage them in the learning process AND make sure that they have picked up the key learning points by the end of the training. For enagement, I often use iSpring's fun, ungraded quiz and survey features as well as the customizable storyboards for learners to practice various "what would you do" scenarios. To test their knowledge, I use iSpring's graded quiz feature to generaate various questions and let learners know if they have passed the training by the end. The quiz results can also be emailed directly to me, so I am alerted when anyone passes or fails. This has been a game-changer for our trainings, which were previously just voiced-over slideshows with no interactions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

Customer service is responsive in terms of quick replies to email, but I've found that the representatives tend to prefer email, even when you request a videoconference for tech support. I am guessing they are trying to reserve these tech support sessions for the most-needed, but I personally find it frustrating to have to email back and forth if I have a tech question. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

iSpring solves two issues for me - interacting with learners in an asynchronous environment, and testing their knowledge of the trainings I create. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

I’ve found iSpring Suite to be an incredibly useful tool, especially since it integrates directly with PowerPoint. This makes creating engaging training content so much easier because I don’t have to switch between different platforms. I love how it lets me add quizzes and interactive elements, plus the built-in library of stock characters and objects is a great bonus. Uploading courses to my LMS is straightforward, and the customization options make it simple to tailor the training exactly to my needs. It’s amazing how much functionality is packed into one tool—it really opens up so many possibilities for designing creative, interactive courses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

One challenge I faced when I first started using iSpring Suite was the learning curve. With so many features and settings, it took a bit of time to figure out how to optimize everything for my LMS. Another hurdle was that some settings are spread across different sections, which meant a bit of extra navigation to tweak everything just right. However, after five years of working with it, those quirks have become second nature. Honestly, the benefits and flexibility it offers far outweigh the initial hurdles—it’s well worth the effort to learn. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

iSpring Suite has been a game-changer for creating and delivering training materials in our organization. The integration with PowerPoint makes it easy to develop content without relying on complex software, saving us a significant amount of time. Its interactive features really help engage employees, which has noticeably improved both course completion rates and knowledge retention. Uploading courses to our LMS is straightforward, ensuring a smooth rollout that benefits both learners and administrators. Overall, it’s been an invaluable tool for streamlining our training process. What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

I love the ease of use that comes with iSpring Suite. I am a training and development manager, and prior to ispring, all of our training was done completely live. I purchased ispring suite to start builing e-learnings for my organization and it has worked great. I really appreciate it being imbedded into Power Point, a tool I am already familiar with. My biggest fear is that everything would look like a boring old power point presentation, but the tool is powerful and provides a lot of options for variety! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

My biggest complaint with ispring suite, is it can be a little redundant when trying to test the completed courses prior to publishing them. It takes a minute or two for a preview to generate, if I find a small mistake that I want to correct immediatley, I have to close the preview to make the change, then the preview has to load all over again. I wish at least minor edits could be made without closing the preview. While its annoying, it would not deter me from making the purchase again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

iSpring Suite is providing me a place to move all of my training knowledge and materials for my organization into e-learning courses, allowing me to scale my training programs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about iSpring Suite?

As the Training Director for a large aerospace facility, I only use iSpring Suite for all of our FAA required training. It allows me to create and send out training modules that are site-specific and gives me the ability to track all of the results. The software is easy to dowload, easy to use and has a number of features to help create detailed training courses. I've only really had one technical issue in my years of using this software and received amazing and prompt customer support that quickly got me past it. I can't recommend iSpring Suite highly enough. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about iSpring Suite?

I can't think of a single thing I don't like about iSpring Suite. It's a fantastic product that works perfectlly for me. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is iSpring Suite solving and how is that benefiting you?

My job requires that I train close to 200 people on up to 12 FAA-mandated courses annually. I need a software that is user-friendly, allows me to test everyone and track the results of those tests. iSpring Suite works perfectly for this. I couldn't be happier with it.
