INOVA Payroll is well throughout program, built around queries. Initially we were looking for a better payroll company, having left one of the top 3 worldwide, where we had horrible client support and paid 3 times what we get with INOVA. The Sales to Implementation team functions as a unit, if there is a question/concern immediately taken care of and communication is outstanding. Currently, building out the custom HRIS portion and I am truly amazed with what this system can do. Super easy to learn and adapt too, my managers and office staff use it throughout the day. In my career, this will be the six integration and the smoothest one as well. If you are looking for a new payroll company - highly recommend scheduling a demo, you won't be disappointed. Not much to be honest. I'd love to see an interactive communication portion imbedded that would make communicating with employees via a text/call right from the HRIS side. Would be a dream for most of us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I find that finding what reports I want is sometimes difficult based on their title. Once you find them, you can save them for future need Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My employees have access to their own PR information, their hours, can request time off - all of which saves me time. Reporting capabilites are fantastic and so easy to use but if I get stuck I can easily get help from my Account Manager Theresa. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are a small business and have had a few payroll questions or changes that have needed to be made. Not only is Inova willing to make the changes, but they have also instructed me through what they have done and what I could do if it comes up again. The program does what it is supposed to do. I suppose that should be a given, but obviously not always the case. I was using one version of their software and it was very easy to use. I recently switched versions, so it's a little confusing, but I am scheduled for training on that.

I think the best thing about the company is the support I receive. Support tickets do not remain open for long. They are also very open to suggestions. There was a time when I was struggling with support, and they fixed the problems I was having quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When processing payroll it doesn't seem like the steps are in order and it never lets me know when each step is complete. This is just on my computer though, it works on my assistant's computer so it is probably an in-house IT issue, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Inova Payroll is very easy to use. It makes weekly payroll a breeze. It is very straight forward and simple to follow. And the staff is always helpful and quick to reply. The customer service for any questions or issues is top notch! They always respond timely with answers to any questions.
