What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

HubSpot is the easiest inbound marketing/marketing automation software I've ever used. The user interface is consistently simple and clear. The support is high quality and you get answers quickly and in an organized fashion. It's relatively easy to onboard new sales or marketing employees. I love how integrated the CRM functions are with the inbound marketing/marketing automation functions. If you want a one-stop shop for CRM and inbound marketing, give HubSpot a serious look. What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I'm a big fan, so there's not much about HubSpot I dislike. There's room for improvement in the number and sophistication of integrations with other software solutions, although this is true for most HubSpot competitors as well. What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Email design is simple, with all the options you'd expect. Color changes, text boxes, shapes, stock images, etc. And you can create campaigns. Scheduling for social media is easy and convenient so you can pre-load content for a busy season and not miss a beat with customer contact. There are great options for lead capture and nurture and the reporting is fantastic. I can see not just number of opens, but who opened the email and how many times. Social media posting is easy, but doesn't have graphics capabilities for ads. If you're sharing a photo or video it's great. If you want to share an ad you have to create it in other software and upload the image to Hubspot before posting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Newsletters, customer alerts and social media posts are easy and tracking data is outstanding. I can provide reports to my team on how effective our ads are every time. I love that if I am struggling with the way my text sounds I can use Breeze to adjust tone using our predefined brand guidelines: Friendly, Professional & Educational. What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

We have included Hubspot Marketing Hub in our agency to get inbound leads from our already cold email funnel or prospects who have asked us to contact later. I designed all the emails and workflows to make sure everything is smooth. I would say the process was easy to setup and executable. I tried attaching link in the email but the video embedding is not working that the video thumbnail is shown. That will really be helpful to get attention of prospects if they view my email. HubSpot Marketing stands out with its intuitive dashboard, powerful insights, and excellent integration capabilities we use it every day. A significant drawback is the limitation of linking just one website per integration to tools like Google Analytics and Google Search Console. This restriction makes it challenging to manage multiple client websites efficiently or provide comprehensive analytical insights for clients directly within HubSpot. Consequently, it limits our ability to leverage these insights in sales funnels or expanded business models, especially when aiming to provide robust reporting for our clients. What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

HubSpot is a best in class tool, so you get a large variety of uses and integrations. It's a whole suite of useful marketing tools and it is very easy to use all of them. Unlike certain competitors, it is pretty easy to go from using it at one organization to another because it is so intuitive and user friendly. It is a pricy tool and once you start using it, it is very hard to move away from it. As a whole it is very good, but certain elements are not the best or miss certain features when compared to a more specialized tool. What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

The upsides of using HubSpot Marketing hub are that there is nothing to set up, it is intuitive to use, and I can create specialized and highly customized emails with a few clicks. I can include buttons, PDF downloads, and clicks to schedule a meeting, and the email is still easy to ready and looks engaging. Getting the stats for the emails is easy and then running a report to share with the team is also just a couple of clicks.

I was able to create a strong integration using n8n as well, and that allows for a lot of easy automations that make mondain tasks obsolete.

Because of the integrations, and the connection to my GSuite, I can use HubSpot daily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

Because I run a small coaching practice and don't have a lot of users, my HubSpot is more ala carte, but it isn't cost-probative at all. The features come in bundles, so if you need every bell and whistle you could end up paying a bit for a small business owner. Wow, we don't have enough time to cover them all. HubSpot Marketing Hub covered my funnel needs, my email outreach, reporting, CRM, aquiring new customers, sending out on-brand materials and creating and sending a newsletter. I love how easy it is to set up automated workflows and email sequences in HubSpot. The CRM is incredibly intuitive, making it easy to track deals, log calls, and keep my outreach organized. HubSpot Marketing Hub helps me streamline and scale account-based marketing efforts effectively. With Account-Based Analytics, I can easily identify high-value target accounts, track engagement across channels, and prioritize outreach based on real-time activity. This has significantly improved our targeting precision and alignment with sales.

The Attribution reporting provides much-needed visibility into which campaigns and touchpoints are actually influencing pipeline and revenue. It helps us make data-backed decisions about where to invest marketing resources and cut down on ineffective efforts.

Account Data Management has been a game changer by keeping our contact and company data clean, enriched, and segmented, it allows for more personalized and timely communication across different buyer personas within an account.

Lastly, Customer Journey Analytics has given us a holistic view of how prospects move through the funnel. We can identify drop-off points, optimize nurture paths, and ensure a more consistent and relevant experience across marketing and sales touchpoints.

I like that everything I need for marketing is in one place. I can create emails, set up automation, manage contacts, and track performance without switching between tools. What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

This is the second organization that I have worked for that is using HubSpot. Years ago, I was part of the team that suggested HubSpot. Today, in my new role, the decision was mine. That fact that Sales could also use the same platform was what made it easy for them.

It's easy to learn and to operate. While the AI tools are useful, I use them for inspiration and modify its suggestions to my specific needs, when I do use them.

What do you like best about HubSpot Marketing Hub?

I love that it is fully integrated with our CRM Hubspot, so all the data is collected and stays where it needs to be in order for us to take the best decisions in regarding of our marketing campains. Also, it is great to automate tasks and scale inbound marketing, really a great fit for our SaaS business. Very easy to implement and easy to use, specially if you already use Hubspot as your CRM. With Hubspot Marketing Hub we are centralizing all our inbound campains, specially workflows to automate email campains, behavior triggers, ads management and pop-ups to capture leads. We used to have a problem with the data analisis and the software is great to centralize information from our marketing efforts, with dashboards and funnel analysis so it makes it easier to see and analyze the results of our efforts.
