I've been a user of HubSpot for more than 5 years, and I've seen the solution grow dramatically in its sophistication. One thing that hasn't changed, though, is how easy it is to use. Unlike some other Marketing Automation platforms, which require expensive specialists if you are to get real value from the application, HubSpot remains a solution that can be quickly learned and easily used by any intelligent marketer. The evolution towards version 3.0 of HubSpot is happening in stages, so there are some minor inconsistencies between old and new modules. But I see that as a passing phase, and there's nothing remotely resembling a show stopper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
