Highspot is a great platform with multiple functions. We use it for learning and coaching for our onboarding of new hires and also for coaching existing teams through content.
Sellers can pitch directly from Highspot and gather analytics on views and downloads by their prospects and this data is automatically recorded in Salesforce.

Besides the fact that their customer support is incredible, the tool is flexible and has allowed us to get the right content to our sellers at the right time! The analytics in the tool also allows us to keep track of who is using what content. We can then decide if it's worth updating that content (when needed) or dump it. We have changed over the span that we have had Highspot. We went through a complete rebrand, organization consolidation, including multiple companies while using this tool. And this tool has allowed us to do so without compromise. When we question how others are utilizing Highspot in a specific way, our account team has reached out to other customers to ask them. I've implemented and launched Highspot at three different companies to date, and each time the benefits are clear: incredibly helpful implementation, support & success staff, thoughtful and innovative feature-set, clear, forward-looking roadmap, and intuitive use by users and admins alike.
Because of this, it has always been incredibly easy to both implement and integrate Highspot into the existing tech stack. The intuitive UI and short learning curve means my reps are in and using the tool quickly, and we enjoy high sustained usage and adoption post-launch. I can manage all marketing materials, papers for customers, training materials, and product documentation from one place. The integration with Salesforce and Outlook is exceptional and makes adding materials to communications and opportunities simple. While Highspot is a great tool overall, sometimes it takes a bit of digging to find the exact PowerPoint slides or content I need. The search can be a little time-consuming, especially when I'm in a hurry to prep for a customer meeting.
