What do you like best about Highspot?

Highspot is a great platform with multiple functions. We use it for learning and coaching for our onboarding of new hires and also for coaching existing teams through content.

Sellers can pitch directly from Highspot and gather analytics on views and downloads by their prospects and this data is automatically recorded in Salesforce.

What do you dislike about Highspot?

Upload could be more automated. We house everything for Highspot in one folder which doesnt sync, we still have to upload content manually. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Highspot solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sales have one plce to look for up to date content and guidance, marketing materials and order forms, policy docs.

We are growing the information and analytics in relation to what sales are using both internally for guidance and externally for selling to customers, so we can start to see effective content.

What do you like best about Highspot?

We needed the ability to share Teams recordings with customers and prospects. Highspot solved this operational challenge, however, the Digital Sales Rooms have really been the standout product for our organization. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Highspot?

I was not fully aware of the level of effort to populate our Highspot instance with the content and collateral. This was a more significant element of our onboarding, however, the guidance and support on completing this activity has been great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We are able to share content and information with customers and prospects in a professional manner that also provides user feedback, engagement and related analytics. We have also identified other business case uses such as supporting our Customer Advisory Board, which were not originally considered. I'm now moving on to create better onboarding resources and guides to assist new team members in gaining the information and knowledge they require for successful onboarding. What do you like best about Highspot?

Besides the fact that their customer support is incredible, the tool is flexible and has allowed us to get the right content to our sellers at the right time! The analytics in the tool also allows us to keep track of who is using what content. We can then decide if it's worth updating that content (when needed) or dump it. We have changed over the span that we have had Highspot. We went through a complete rebrand, organization consolidation, including multiple companies while using this tool. And this tool has allowed us to do so without compromise. When we question how others are utilizing Highspot in a specific way, our account team has reached out to other customers to ask them. This has been a huge help so that we can learn from others. Product updates are done regularly to Highspot, improvements as well as any issues we may come across. What do you dislike about Highspot?

There is a lot of information about so many things at our company. Tons of solutions, tons of products, tons of verticals. How do you get this information to your sellers? And all of this during a rebrand? We couldn't have done it without Highspot. And then the analytics to see IF people are using the content. What do you like best about Highspot?

I've implemented and launched Highspot at three different companies to date, and each time the benefits are clear: incredibly helpful implementation, support & success staff, thoughtful and innovative feature-set, clear, forward-looking roadmap, and intuitive use by users and admins alike.

Because of this, it has always been incredibly easy to both implement and integrate Highspot into the existing tech stack. The intuitive UI and short learning curve means my reps are in and using the tool quickly, and we enjoy high sustained usage and adoption post-launch. What do you like best about Highspot?

Highspot serves as a bridge between the marketing and sales teams, excelling in simplifying the sales process. I can manage all marketing materials, papers for customers, training materials, and product documentation from one place. The integration with Salesforce and Outlook is exceptional and makes adding materials to communications and opportunities simple. I have what I need when I need it, whether it's a brochure, an application note, product specs, or a sales play. Digital sales rooms will be a game changer. I use Highspot on a daily basis. While Highspot is a great tool overall, sometimes it takes a bit of digging to find the exact PowerPoint slides or content I need. The search can be a little time-consuming, especially when I'm in a hurry to prep for a customer meeting. The Hub pages are an excellent resource to explore for messaging, conversation starters, competitive information, first call decks and resources to progress opportunities. The interface is easy to look; find the content you need and shoot the mail all in one.

Rather than to search content in Google, download and save it in PC and then sort for email Id, and attach the document, this has been very easy for me to directly send the document to anyone in just 2-3 steps.
