
We began using eSoftplanner in January 2020. The training for implementing and developing our pool's account was amazing. Susan explained everything and went above and beyond answering our many, many questions. Esoftplanner was personalized for our pool under the guidance of Susan. The transition to this program was seamless. The best feature is the help desk. Every request or questions has been answered quickly. There are a few things we would like to see changed in eSoftplanner. An app would be useful for our employees to clock in and out. We also would like to see the scheduling be adjusted so employees can be scheduled multiple times in one day. The credit card only charges a fee when purchasing a membership, but will not for adding guest passes or childcare provider. We cannot add a photo for the childcare provider. Our club started in 2019. For 40 years our club used 8 different binders to store members information. eSoft helped with integrating our members to their software to using a barcode scanner to check in our members.
Using: eSoft offers great training for the employees. 90% of our staff picked it up quickly and enjoyed using the membership software. The software has many different ways to make running a club professionally not only with the membership software but POS and swim class reservations. We will be using the reservations to reserve lanes to open the pool during the Covid-19.
ESoft is easy to use and great for reports and managing how many people are on the pool grounds. We had times our pool needed to be closed for maintenance we used the esoftware to email members. The members love the access so they can see how many guest passes they have.
I have really enjoyed working with Susan she was a great trainer and very knowledgeable!

The ability to pull various reports is so helpful to running our Swim Club. The ease of registration makes it so much more user friendly for our members. The check-in and concessions process are easy and streamlined and provide insight into our club that was not previously possible. This product is simple and easy to use. I specifically liked how the software notifies customers, letting them know about upcoming appointments. I also like how easy it is for customers to book their own appointments through the system without having to call us. Customers are able to easily add money to their account via credit card. This alleviates the process of waiting in line and scheduling/paying for an appointment in the office directly. This product has the ability to handle any membership a company offers, at an affordable price. In order to state one's availability, we have to block off a cage in order to show our availability through the program. It would be best if we could display our availability without having to take up several blocks of time. To have several people available at a time, each trainer would have to be booked in their own cage, and that is not the best way the program should be run. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
