As for CustomShow, its integration of videos seemed great to me. The integration of videos on the web and TED talks as well as the use of the site to upload and embed video presentations is easy and fluent. I can also create easily catchy content with the integrated animation features of power point. A great area is the ease of use, KISS, or keeping it simple and sweet. The only issue that I found with CustomShow is the restricted number of customization features that they allow. As for the presentations that require a more branded appearance, CustomShow does not fit the bill. CustomShow is best industrial use of tool, to be used for profficient and official business ppt creation, report generation. Its very easy to import data from various applications and data sites.

CustomShow is an industry giant and the default software for developing presentations for the projects and important tasks. The biggest thing of CustomShow is user friendliness and ease of use. There are per-set themes that come with it but are easily manipulated to better suite your presentation. I compared CustomShow to half a dozen competing products and found that some were easier to use and some were more difficult. At times the application become non responsive as compared to its competitors.
