What do you like best about Cleverbridge?

Cleverbridge is so easy and intuitive to use. Setting up products and creating direct shopping cart links is a simple process, making it easy to manage and update products without the need for a lot of technical knowledge.

Another important part for us is that it supports integration with systems like Marketo and Salesforce, which significantly improves usability for other teams.

Cleverbridge also offers additional tools for cross-selling, upselling, and improving conversion rates.

What do you dislike about Cleverbridge?

One thing that’s the downsides of Cleverbridge is that there’s no way to send shopping cart links for renewal subscriptions. This makes the renewal process a bit problematic, especially since all purchases are counted as new, even if the customer has already bought the same product before.

Something that also can be improved is how the renewal rate is tracked. Currently it is on subscription level instead of the account level, which makes it harder to get a full picture of customer retention. On the bright side, you can request a custom report from the support team to get this information, which is helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Cleverbridge solving and how is that benefiting you?

The main problem that Cleverbridge solves for us is collecting payments in different currencies.

Another important aspect is that invoices are automatically issued and sent to customers immediately after payment is received.

What do you like best about Cleverbridge?

Our last e-Commerce company suddenly went out of business so we were stuck in not being to able to process orders and sell our on-line exams. Cleverbridge's team worked hard to get our web store back up and running with minimal down time as well as linking to our on-line exam system so that exams could be delivered to our customers just like with our old web store. What do you like best about Cleverbridge?

As a B2B-oriented business, we like the number of features Cleverbridge offer when dealing with corporate customers. The API is extensive and well documented with technical staff ready to help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Cleverbridge?

Implementation of checkout / self-service pages is somewhat awkward and slow. As a customer we don't have full control of the checkout process and its appearance. Most of the changes - even cosmetic ones - need to be implemented by Cleverbridge staff, which sometimes takes weeks. While we can manage most aspects of our products, pricing, and license delivery, some properties still need to be implemented and hardcoded in by CB staff, which seems odd as we would be able to modify that staff much more promply ourselves, given the right tools, and free up CB staff from additional overhead. Cleverbridge removes the overhead of:

1) Payment processing and invoicing.

2) Tax and other governmental compliance.

3) Invoicing.

What do you like best about Cleverbridge?

I've been using Cleverbridge for more than 5 years, and I must say, the most valuable and useful feature for me is the reporting and analytics. The metrics and level of detail provided is exactly what I need. Overall Cleverbridge reporting helps me to answer any business questions and address any requests in minutes.

What do you dislike about Cleverbridge?
