The Transcripts of all our Calls. Being able to double check all calls with a read through vs relistening to each call over and over. Copy and Pasting exactly what the customer says from the transcript over to our dispatch app so our Field Tech know in advance exactly what the customer is asking for is a fantastic feature. Customer support leaves much to be desired. Callrails ability to help you via chat is great but over the phone is like pulling teeth. The only problem with the Chat is you have to leave your account and access it most times from call rails website home page then you have to copy and past your account info from lead center. I love using call rail for my different types of mailers I send out, it makes it very easy to tell who's calling from what mailer I sent that way I don't pickup the phone blind. I love the workflow to voicemail feature that way i can send people right to voicemail and have them leave their info before I call them back, that way I am fully prepared for the call. Not much to say here, I think it would be nice to make a more effective system to track all interactions with one person I had, they do have a system to keep track of these people, but it still can be a bit tedious looking for a specific person or finding notes I wrote down for them. What is most helpful about CallRail is the organization that it helps bring to inbound calls. Our company has recently started utilizing tags, and plans to continue to use them with the new Conversation Intelligence feature. This feature provides a transcript of the voicemail (helpful specifically for my role) and also gives an indication on how positive or negative the message is. I also like the HubSpot & CallRail Integration, as it does help take care of a few manual steps. Lastly, our customer support account manager Amber is kind and responsive. The downside of CallRail is that it's not overly user-friendly. I mean that in the sense that there is a lot of features on CallRail, but it's organized in a way that you need to know where to find what you're looking for, and it's harder to find otherwise. CallRail has been a game changer and lifesaver for us. It has helped to identify several issues with our intake (forms and calls). Being able to transcribe calls and search is a great feature. It helps us with marketing attribution for our direct mail campaigns and with training salespeople on what to say and not say. It was super fast and easy to set up, creating new numbers is easy. I like that it alerts you to when numbers are cycling too quickly. I had no idea CallRail would prove to be such a valuable tool for us, and I use it almost daily. We tried the Convert Assist, and I think it's a great tool. However, it has to be viewed on an individual basis, and we don't give everyone access to CallRail. Doing some sort of bulk search could also be helpful. I think we need to integrate it with Salesforce as a next step in order to really take advantage of some of the functionality.
