What do you like best about CallRail?

The Transcripts of all our Calls. Being able to double check all calls with a read through vs relistening to each call over and over. Copy and Pasting exactly what the customer says from the transcript over to our dispatch app so our Field Tech know in advance exactly what the customer is asking for is a fantastic feature. What do you dislike about CallRail?

Customer support leaves much to be desired. Callrails ability to help you via chat is great but over the phone is like pulling teeth. The only problem with the Chat is you have to leave your account and access it most times from call rails website home page then you have to copy and past your account info from lead center. What problems is CallRail solving and how is that benefiting you?

If a customer states they where told something by us. we can double check who said what with ease. We can make sure whether we have a miss understanding or for lack of a better term someone trying to get one over. As silly as it says its an amazing feature that keeps everyone honest. What do you like best about CallRail?

I've been using CallRail extensively across five different companies, managing around 50 tracking numbers for ads, print collateral, car wraps, and our website.

The AI features are impressive, making it easy to analyze calls, automate insights, and optimize performance. Integrations and notifications are seamless, ensuring I never miss important data.

The call summaries are a game-changer, allowing me to quickly assess call quality. By reviewing these insights, I’ve been able to refine our call center SOPs, ultimately saving jobs and improving customer interactions. What do you like best about CallRail?

I love using call rail for my different types of mailers I send out, it makes it very easy to tell who's calling from what mailer I sent that way I don't pickup the phone blind. I love the workflow to voicemail feature that way i can send people right to voicemail and have them leave their info before I call them back, that way I am fully prepared for the call. What do you dislike about CallRail?

Not much to say here, I think it would be nice to make a more effective system to track all interactions with one person I had, they do have a system to keep track of these people, but it still can be a bit tedious looking for a specific person or finding notes I wrote down for them. What do you like best about CallRail?

I love the direct connections inside the following law firm case management software: Mycase, Clio, and Lawmatics.

This connection provides monthly ROI on calls and traffic sources signed as new legal clients.

This helps law firms see which marketing to reinvest in each month.

By providing this marketing attribution, our law firm marketing company has become a partner, versus just another law firm marketing lead generation agency.

What do you like best about CallRail?

What is most helpful about CallRail is the organization that it helps bring to inbound calls. Our company has recently started utilizing tags, and plans to continue to use them with the new Conversation Intelligence feature. This feature provides a transcript of the voicemail (helpful specifically for my role) and also gives an indication on how positive or negative the message is. I also like the HubSpot & CallRail Integration, as it does help take care of a few manual steps. Lastly, our customer support account manager Amber is kind and responsive. What do you dislike about CallRail?

The downside of CallRail is that it's not overly user-friendly. I mean that in the sense that there is a lot of features on CallRail, but it's organized in a way that you need to know where to find what you're looking for, and it's harder to find otherwise. What do you like best about CallRail?

CallRail has the best user experience of any other call-tracking platform that I have used. Everything is seamless and easy to find. Their support is next level as well! Implementing the platform was so easy for many clients I have worked on! Being able to jump in daily and listen to calls or check in on reports has been great. What do you like best about CallRail?

CallRail has been a game changer and lifesaver for us. It has helped to identify several issues with our intake (forms and calls). Being able to transcribe calls and search is a great feature. It helps us with marketing attribution for our direct mail campaigns and with training salespeople on what to say and not say. It was super fast and easy to set up, creating new numbers is easy. I like that it alerts you to when numbers are cycling too quickly. I had no idea CallRail would prove to be such a valuable tool for us, and I use it almost daily. What do you dislike about CallRail?

We tried the Convert Assist, and I think it's a great tool. However, it has to be viewed on an individual basis, and we don't give everyone access to CallRail. Doing some sort of bulk search could also be helpful. I think we need to integrate it with Salesforce as a next step in order to really take advantage of some of the functionality. CallRail has helped to identify two issues we were having. One was with forms not making it into Salesforce. Another was that calls to one of our brands weren't being answered. It has also helped us to identify numerous coaching opportunities with our sales team. Lastly, albeit very manual and time-consuming, it has helped us with some marketing attribution. What do you dislike about CallRail?

If you have a lot of phone numbers to track, or the average duration of your calls are longer, the monthly cost could climb pretty quickly making it not ideal for smaller businesses. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
