What do you like best about Brightpearl?

Its easy to use with all information is in one place whether it be products/inventory, sales order status, financial & sales reports, customers/suppliers, support tickets etc. I find this particularly helpful when travelling as I can, in a couple of clicks, check on the status of the business. I rarely go into our Shopify account as the integration is so good. After 11 years with Brightpearl, I can't imagine being without it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brightpearl?

There are just 2 niggles I have concerning dates when running reports. The first is that it defaults to the year 2000. Then you can only select as far as 2020 and another screen is required to select 2025. Why doesn't it default to the current year and those wanting previous years can select those!

I do wish there was a preset for 7-days Mon to Sun (maybe by week number). I would think this so helpful in retail. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Brightpearl solving and how is that benefiting you?

The integration with Shopify is excellent so all staff are fully focussed on Brightpearl for their information. This negates the need for several different systems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Brightpearl is a fantastic software for retail businesses that want to streamline their operations and grow their sales. I have been using Brightpearl for over 6 years and I am very impressed by its features and performance. Brightpearl integrates with all the platforms and channels that I use, such as Amazon, eBay, and more. The API bootleneck. It would be nice if Brightpearl had the capiblity to have more API connections Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Everything to Stock and to how the warehouse runs, we heavily rely on Brightpearl to do this for us. It saves so much time having to do anything manualy and is so easy to use no matter what area of the business your in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

2. Inventory Planner is a great tool for integrating various marketplaces such as Amazon and Walmart. It also makes it easy for us to bundle various categories by providing them tags which makes it easy to filter out data even before downloading it. It reduces the hassle of dealing with a huge amount of data in an excel file later by filtering out everything in the Inventory Planner itself. What do you like best about Brightpearl?

We are a 2 person operations team managing a multi-thousand SKU catalog. Brightpearl is our centralized source of truth when it comes to inventory and our catalog and integrates directly with our sales channels. We have entirely automated our Order Management process as well. From the time an order is placed, through fulfillment and automation, we don't have a single touch point that requires manual intervention. Ordering new product also takes us 5 minutes now that we have a standardized PO template and process in Brightpearl. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Brightpearl?

Almost every integration we set up we had to have custom developed. We're used to the Shopify integration model at this point and prefer tech platforms with 1-2 click bespoke integrations that you can then customize to match your business. Brightpearl is an investment to set up properly in terms of time and resources for this reason, but it is ultimately worth it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

We've been with Brightpearl (BP) for many years. Before BP we knew our stock very well, but being with BP took us to a whole new level. Having very accurate stock levels, as well as much more efficient ordering, leads to being able to offer a better customer service experience and helps boost turnover.

Nothing negative springs to mind. Please do not go down the route of automating support. It is great to be able to actually speak to someone on the very rare occasions that one needs help. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Brightpearl?

I’ve been using Brightpearl ERP since the mid-2014 at my online store Alisa.ua. It’s a great SAAS ERP for e-commerce that literally changed everything about how we do things and significantly improved our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
