Utilizing templates I can quickly generate estimates or a deposit invoice and send off to potential clients during or just after an intro call. I'm able to see if they have viewed these documents. Sometimes in a matter of minutes I can go from sending a work quote to collecting a deposit and setting up timesheets for future invoices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I wish there was a more robust version of the estimates template that has a more formal structure like a cover letter and the ability to map out and explain phases. Something closer to a service proposal vs a quick estimate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Time tracking is good and getting insight into team utilization by department is easy using the project dashboard report, it made it easy for my team to track spent and estimated amount Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When I tried to get info on Avaza, I reached out and scheduled a call but no one showed to the meeting and the when I tried rescheduling the next slot was 3 weeks away Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I love the reports and being able to save them. I have reports I have to run every Monday and I have saved them and its super easy. I also enjoy the option to have the reports emailed at a specific time. The standard reports
are also very good and great to bulid off of.

That it is straightforward to keep log and keep track of my timesheets, across different projects and many different tasks. It is also very easy for me to go on the page of a project and, at a glance, see how well me and my team are doing. Easy to use, easy to collaborate and in-depth reporting to control/manage your team/projects. I think it gives clarity when there are a lot of things going on, for us we're a digital marketing agency mananging a lot of different clients and requirements at any one time. This brings a sense of calm to the business as long as the discipline is there in how/when we're using the system. One downside is that you can't do much with sub-tasks. It would be much more powerful if they could be assigned to individuals with due dates but we get around that with more tasks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
