
Not sure that I have something I like, I guess once you know what you are doing, it's fairly easy to navigate. The tutorials are also helpful when you are new to the system. The AMS help is also good and the reps are very patient in trying to figure out the problem. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Oh so many things, I feel like AMS is NOT user friendly. There are so many things that the system does not do that should be easy, like merging 2 existing customers. The system also feels extremely outdated. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
