AirCall provides exactly what my business partner and I were looking for to manage our customer service calls. We wanted a service that provided a toll free number that could be directly routed to each of our cell phones so we can take calls on the go. What I like the most is the ease of use and the integration with other tools, such as the use of the "Aircall Dialer" extension, which helps me make an average of 50 calls per day, and manually I do much less. The only things I have found that would be handy for Aircall, is 1) if I could see what status my team mates are in while on a call without having to go into a transfer, and 2) When I am in an active call, it locks the history and just shows me in an active call. There have been several times that I needed to access the history to get names or phone numbers from prior calls, but could not while I was in an active call. The integration with Monday.com could be improved. It took some time and back-and-forth with support to determine why our calls weren't syncing properly—turns out we needed to have the '+1' included in front of the phone numbers, which wasn't clearly documented.
