What do you like best about Aircall?

AirCall provides exactly what my business partner and I were looking for to manage our customer service calls. We wanted a service that provided a toll free number that could be directly routed to each of our cell phones so we can take calls on the go. AirCall provided exactly that, plus many other benefits that we love: custom ring tones to match our brand, call logs, voicemail, and more. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

Nothing so far. We are a very basic user of the platform and don't have any 3rd party integrations or other customer service reps to manage. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Aircall solving and how is that benefiting you?

Our previous toll free number was a Google Voice number and only one of us could receive call forwarding, plus the call log management, custom ringback tones, and many other features are missing from Google Voice. What do you like best about Aircall?

What I like the most is the ease of use and the integration with other tools, such as the use of the "Aircall Dialer" extension, which helps me make an average of 50 calls per day, and manually I do much less. What do you like best about Aircall?

I've been using Aircall as my phone system, and I genuinely appreciate how easy it is to use. What do you dislike about Aircall?

The only things I have found that would be handy for Aircall, is 1) if I could see what status my team mates are in while on a call without having to go into a transfer, and 2) When I am in an active call, it locks the history and just shows me in an active call. There have been several times that I needed to access the history to get names or phone numbers from prior calls, but could not while I was in an active call. What do you like best about Aircall?

We've been using Aircall as our phone system integrated with Monday.com, and overall, it gets the job done. The call quality is reliable, and the core functionality works well for our team. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Aircall?

The integration with Monday.com could be improved. It took some time and back-and-forth with support to determine why our calls weren't syncing properly—turns out we needed to have the '+1' included in front of the phone numbers, which wasn't clearly documented.

Additionally, I wish calls logged through Aircall appeared directly in the 'Emails & Activities' section of Monday. Right now, we have to maintain a separate section just for the few agents using Aircall, which creates extra work and limits visibility. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Aircall?

Super simple to use. The power dialer works really well for me to get a quick calling session done.

It's just a phone for me generally. I don't utilize a lot of its features as I'm not aware of all of them, and the phone, and power dialer are the main features i really need for my position.

What do you like best about Aircall?

The integration with HubSpot is fantastic—it makes tracking and managing calls incredibly efficient. The AI-powered summaries of transcripts have been a game changer, saving a significant amount of time by providing quick insights without needing to re-listen to calls. We had a few issues early on with laptop/computer compatibility, which were mostly related to our old IT equipment and thus Aircall crashing and running slow. What do you like best about Aircall?

The fast implementation and intuitive interface, the fact that you can get through to the person that can help you quickly, the reports and data that they provide is accurate and easy to understand and the app that uses less resources on a computer than the usual browser tab. What do you dislike about Aircall?

There was an update recently (that I hope gets corrected soon as well) where you cannot see who is dealing with which call anymore, it used to say who was on the call with the clients but now it says "a teammate". Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With it's call queuing and redirection to specific departments and agent groups, it's fixing a long time issue we had with our previous service provider where the call volume wasn't being distributed equally among our agents, and this helped us ease some increasing tension and unnecesary stress on the team.
