Easy to submit expense reports and managers get notifications when expenses are ready to approve. Fairly straightforward to use as an administrator. Integrates with Sage Intacct. 1. Recently stopped differentiating between corporate card spend and personal card spend needing reimbursement. This is more complicated when we are pulling reports to figure out who is using the corporate cards vs. personal cards.

2. When someone leaves the company, their unapproved expenses just hang out in limbo. If an approver leaves, the expenses they were assigned to approve stay unapproved until their employees are reassigned to another approver. The employee then has to remember to resubmit the expenses to the new approver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
