2 years ago it's was something new for me, it looks for me west of time, but after understanding the concept and using it i like it because , first there's a transparancy and let me communicate with my managers and also raise my ideas and get a feedback from my managers and collegues. i use everyday skills coach (it's quick and usefull) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While I appreciate Culture Amp's ease of use and ability to gather employee feedback, I do find the customization options to be somewhat limited. For instance, I would like to have more flexibility in designing survey questions and customizing reports to meet our specific needs. Additionally, I've found that the data depth provided by Culture Amp could be more extensive for in-depth analysis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that I receive email notifications when there is new activity for me to review about my direct reports or team members. I also find the UI t be intuitive, it's easy to locate what I need to do without clicking around too much Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For certain features, I noticed that the filters may default to specific timeframes. As example, I just went to look at my 2025 goals and was confused because 2024 was included in the filter so I was looking at past goals. Not a big deal just took me a minute to figure out how to look at what I needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Culture Amp is a powerful tool for organizations looking to enhance their workplace culture through data-driven insights and continuous feedback. Its comprehensive features in survey capabilities make it a valuable asset for HR teams. The robust survey tools allow organizations to measure and understand employee engagement. These surveys are customizable and come with a wide range of pre-built templates covering various aspects of employee experience, such as onboarding, engagement, and exit feedback.
We feed over our org structure from UKG with no issues. I really like the after survey summaries and decks provided for each leader. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Although the interface is user-friendly, the depth of features means there can be a learning curve for new users. I'm sure there is more funcitonality that I have yet to unlock due to a lack of understanding of all the available options.
I would appreciate more customer support in the launching of new features and a more comprehensive deep dive into the results. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a nonprofit, we deeply appreciate the generous discount and the incredible value Culture Amp provides. The platform offers a wealth of survey templates and benchmarks, seamless integrations, and thoughtful support—especially from their People Scientists. Multilingual survey implementation is smooth for standard questions, and their thought leadership and learning resources are top-notch. It’s truly worth every penny. Honestly, I cannot think of anything I dislike about Culture Amp, if anything I just wish we got to use more of their products for our people and culture work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Culture Amp definitely makes it easy to manage your own performance at work. Through Culture Amp, I am able to easily have my 1 to 1s with my manager. Through an easy progress check in, I can put down my feelings on various factors related to my performance. Submitting my end of year reviews is also really easy as am able to request feedback from my colleagues, submit my own opinions on my performance as well as easily see what my manager considers my performance to be.
Goal tracking is also really easy as they can be set and then reviewed an updated at any time. Through the Slack integration, I get notified if I've not checked my goals in a while or if I've not had a 1 to 1 with my manager in a while. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It can be a little difficult to get used to at first if you haven't used any performance tracking software before. It's sometimes not clear why in one review, my colleagues have submitted a text review alongside other fields and why sometimes it's a simple yes and no or a "on a scale of" form. Culture Amp is very easy to navigate and and complete in the sense that you have enough spaces for additional notes/feedback. It's also very organized and you can easily find the sections on the dashboard. The layout and color palette of the website are easy and pleasant to the eyes. This is more of a suggestion: Currently, when you click on the Notifications bell, it will redirect you to another page. It might be more convenient for the user if once they click on the bell, there will some sort of a pop-up where they can see the notifications, and they won't have to be redirected to another page. I like how easy and intuitive Culture Amp is. It's a very simple tool and is very easy to use. Overall, our employees understand what Culture Amp is and how to use it and has become a regular component of our everyday business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While simple and easy to use, there are times I feel that it is too simple. Certain survey reporting features could stand to be a bit more robust and customizable. There have been a number of things I've wanted to do/configure, but couldn't. It's a double-edged sword because I appreciate how simple/easy it is to use, but also desire additional capabilities. The best thing about culture amp is its integration with other technologies like Slack. It always alerts me about feedback requests from my peers.
Other than that, it is very easy to use to give timely feedback.
The tool is too amazing that I am using it daily for asking and giving feedback. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

A diverse and clear survey tool that allows you to not only use the carefully crafted and engineered surveys using people science, together with an ability to tailor and create your own topics or questions as required. The summation of results and key areas to focus on present many options for ideas and ways to move forward. DUSA uses Culture Amp right from onboarding to exit surveys to help inform decisions around staff wellbeing, hiring and retention. A must for every business! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
If I ever need assistance someone is only a click away and I haven't had any problems or anything I dislike about using the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The seemless integration with our HRIS (HiBob) and data presented in a really digestible and insightful way. I can trust CA to show me the data that should be important to us an org and takes away so many unnecessary hours in spreadsheets manipulating data and together powerpoints.
In addition, our performance review cycles have been extremely successful from an op's perspective (even when making changes mid-cycle).
Probably worth adding that the support is the best I get across any of the platforms I use here. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm going to sound really boring and on the fence but genuinely there isn't much I think I would change. My biggest challenge is getting our org to fully engage with the different features that are available to us. That's as much for me to work out than anything else.
