What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ?
ZOHO offers all applications required to run a competitive business today! Excellent for sales and business development consultants. Integrates and synchronizes all applications in one platform. Very good for to support the future growth of companies without the need to switch to any other application in the future. Continuous improvements based on their experience and customers feedback. Very fast service response either by email, phone, live chats or screen sharing. These people can call you immediately and stay on the phone for hours until they completely satisfy clients needs. What do you like best about Zoho One?
I switched von Google Workdrive to Zoho One. The offer is just amazing. It was very easy to switch due to the migration tools, Zoho offers. And now we replaced much of our tool stack with tools from Zoho (like Bigin replaces Pipedrive, Books replaces our old accounting, Campaign replacing ActiveCampaign etc.) So Zoho is our daily driver for everything and with the Zoho One offer, it's really affordable. What do you dislike about Zoho One?
If you do not get support from India, e.g. when you are in LATAM and have support by a local partner, the quality of support is/can be much lower, as the partners are lacking the experience and direct contact to the development teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ?
Honestly I was attracted by the features they mentioned and as a part of Zoho , I respected Zohosalesiq also. But after using it as a live chat app and chatbot app for my website, I came to the conclusion that they just want money out of your pocket. What do you dislike about Zoho SalesIQ?
Do not try Zoho Salesiq. It is complex and they just want you to pay for numerous departments, brands, operators and etc. Once you take subscription for all these, you will be charged continuosly and thyey will never return your money back Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho SalesIQ?
It has a great function of codeless bot builder which helps you to build a bot from the scratch with various options thereby helping to sort leads as per brands, audience type too. This helps to assign leads further to the respective sales/ hr teams to take it forward. Also, it has seamless integration with Zoho CRM. This helps you to not miss the conversation post or during working hrs. instead of having an agent been online throughtout the day. It also has a great integration with Whatsapp tool. What do you dislike about Zoho SalesIQ?
Zoho sales iq I would like to get an option to fill in the pre-requisite fields as per the modules firstly when integration is switched on between sales iq and zoho crm. UI is inconsistent across all apps, and terminology changes frequently. Customer support is abysmal and requires significant clarification to the point of diagnosing the solution for them.
