What do you like best about Zoho One?

The flexibility it gives in terms of customization. The ease of use. I have been using Zoho Projects for a long time now. Zoho People to track performance of my associates and Zoho Cliq for internal team communication and my experience has been noting but exceptional. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM enables us to priorotze, process and people management. It has boosted our sales and process efficiency. Genration of new leads and simulteneous menasuring customer satisfaction were very easy . It was possible to integrate with programming platform , which helped to send email invites to customers and track the performance of email campaign. What do you dislike about Zoho CRM?

The cost sometimes looked very high when I compared the ROI. Lead generation for Non English markets sometimes are not great for certain titles like product manager etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho CRM?

Zoho CRM has one of the best looking dashboards in the CRM market. I can customize the look and feel so that the information I need is front and center. Importing my information was seamless and the customer support I received so far has been top notch. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Zoho One?

Zoho have wide range of services in a single platform and amonth them which I liked mostly is Zoho forms, CRM, and mail solutions. Since these forms and mail solutions are accessible from anywhere the main thing is that forms come with most customizable options which are not available in today's market Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Zoho One?
