
I love that I am able to have so many unattended devices I can connect to at anytime with either my desktop or even my mobile device! I share the devices with about 10 other technicians and we can log into the same devices simultaneously. Deploying the unattended access was a breeze and only took very minimal setup for how much of an impact it has for our business. Customer Support was has been great for questions with certain tools and functions that Zoho Assist offers. It is definitely a tool we use daily and could not operate 100% without. Zoho provides a low-cost remote access platform that is easy to use and is also reliable. The same software can be used for both on demand access and unattended access. I don't like Zoho Assist shrink remote desktop screen to small one when user has multiple monitors. I need to click the main display desktop to large it so I can see what's in it. Before Zoho Assist adds this feature, I still can switch monitor by short-cut keys or from side bar. Zoho Assist don't need display all screens after connection.
I really want Zoho Assist add chat option in Unattended Access. A lot of people are working at home now. When I connect, I don't know what are they doing before the camera, maybe they are wearing pajama or naked having a video meeting with family member or close friend. I wish I can click chat before connection and user computer will pop up message window, I wait for few minutes to confirm nobody before computer, then I will remote access. I have been remotely supporting clients with various applications for many years, and I have been very impressed with the capabilities of Zoho Assist, both in the free and paid versions, but I do appreciate the extra capabilities - such as persisting through reboots simply, and local uploading. Zoho Assist has been a lifesaver for helping my family with their tech issues remotely when they are miles away! A simple executable to install followed by a reboot, and then I have access to their machine.
