ZINFI UPM is very useful when it comes to Partner related operations, it's improve workflow efficiency. And can be easy to track sales and suitable for any size of business. Its hard to understand the some platforms specially the advanced features, its overwhelming and it's required technical expertise, but still manageable. And some features are time consuming specially to new users. Mobile accessibility is limited and not seamless like desktop. And delays in response times mostly when work piled at once. I really love the design of the portal! It looks great and super easy to navigate. The way the features are organized into different modules makes it really simple to find and use. Everything feels well-structured, and moving between sections is smooth and intuative. I also really like how well the portal runs—no delays or glitches, just a fast and seamless experience . The portal works really well overall, but one thing that’s bit frustrating is the error that comes up after reviewing user details on user Record page. When we try to go back, it just shows an error, and then we have to go all the way back to the welcome page before we can continue. It’s a bit annoying, especially when working on a lot of user records at once. Would be really helpful if this process is smoother so it doesn’t take extra time. Zinfi has been very instrumental in my consultancy journey as a Partner for Cornerstone in my current Organization. The easy to use features like onboarding Essentials, where each and every process to onboard a partner is mentioned stepwise is something that made life easy for someone who was new to partner (as an individual consultant) ecosystem. Also, I was able to know current status of certifications of the product (CSOD). No functionalities I can think as of now, that can be least helpful on Zinfi tool. All the processes for Onboarding, Sales, Marketing have been laid out in simple UI and supported with appropriate learning materials for reference. As a beginner, what I like about ZINFI is when you login, you can easily the training and demo tab at the top of the webpage. Also in the homepage you can also see news and announcement and webinars related to ZINFI. In partner enablement tab you can also see different features such as message overview, target profiles, technology partnerships and how to guides that contains guides that will help you utilize the platform better. I can say that after few days of frequently using the platform I am now quite familiar with it and also if you have any questions they have customer support that are quick to respond in your query. Zinfi Partner portal is the best with respect to partner management as we used automation Anywhere - It has the Al integrated abilities that helped with digital transformation into our account.
