xiQ made it easy to understand the personalities, communication styles, and motivations of prospects using DISC-based insights. I loved how digestible and accurate the reports were—it helped me personalize my emails and cold calls more confidently. The biggest downside is that some reports can feel slightly repetitive, especially when comparing people in similar roles. What do you like best about xiQ?

I really liked the communication tips—it was the most useful part for me. It helped give some direction on what to focus on when talking to a client, and how to tailor the conversation based on their style. What do you dislike about xiQ?

Honestly, I found the platform kind of hard to use. Even after finishing the certification, there were still features I didn’t fully get—especially the buyer groups. The site layout isn’t very intuitive either; I often had to click around in weird places just to find what I needed. One of the downsides I experienced while using xiQ is that it was difficult to learn how to operate the website without help from someone who is familiar with it. You can search through regions that you would like to target then from there you can match up your account with a prospect that you would like to reach out to depending on what you can offer them.
