Kristalyn was so great to work with. Generally when we do chat support with other companies we have to open tickets or get offshore customer service and it’s a real struggle.

Given my lack of knowledge on how technology works, she took extra time to walk me through each issue I was having. She even introduced me to the animated email signature which leaves my emails looking less cluttered and very professional. Her patience and easy instructions were refreshing.

While WiseStamp is a great tool, there are occasional limitations in design flexibility. Customization options can feel a bit constrained when trying to achieve a very specific look. Additionally, occasional syncing issues can cause delays in updates appearing across all users. Despite these minor drawbacks, it remains a valuable solution for our needs. Initial setup team was helpful. They created a custom email signature template for us which took a few days, but ultimately looked good. I liked that we had a central places to update and manage our email signatures company wide. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Once enabled, all outgoing email flows through WiseStamp, at which time your email signature gets applied. After a few months of use, we suddenly noticed that our mail was not reaching the recipients. We ruled out any issues on our end, then reached out to WiseStamp becausewe suspected the problem was comingfrom them. They continued blame us for the problem. After a few days of unreliable email, we disconnected WiseStamp from our exchange server and mail flowed normally so we knew the problem was from WiseStamp. Two weeks of back and forth with WiseStamp support and they finally admitted the problem was on their side. One of their IP addresses became blacklisted on the Barracuda spam service. Their tech eventually revealed that this is a common problem for them and I suspect that the two-week runaround was a stall tactic to buy them time to solve it instead of just being transparent with me. We lost days of email correspondence. We had to spend countless hours calling our clients to confirm if they received critical messages. We lost out on a $28 million dollar project because a potential client didn't receive our proposal.

I love that Wise Stamp has allowed us to make our signatures look more appealing! The rotating image is a game changer! The developers at WiseStamp work in Israel and we are based in the eastern time zone so this makes things difficult when we need a quick change since we don't have access to the html to edit it ourselves. I love the way they allow me to create a professional looking signature, and I often get compliments it. What I like best about Wisestamp is how intuitive and flexible it is. We use it to support our multi-brand, multi-location company, each with different primary logos, addresses, URLs, etc. And the centrally administered settings is a huge timesaver. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Of course I wish WiseStamp was cheaper but since it serves as both a great signature AND a marketing opportunity with the use of banners, I feel like it is worth the cost. There were a few hiccups we had in the first 6 months of using it. Once the signatures are set, you can just let leave it alone and you won't need to deal with pesky signature issues anymore. This will give everyone the option of using the company signature so they don't need to do anything either. It's what you would want, minimal fuss for those admins managing as well as the users.

If you use Google, it does take a bit of a manual setup in Google Workspace to get the server side setup correctly. Once it is setup however, it's a dream. You can use any mail client and the signature will be added if none is detected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
