Not easy to get started or customize.

Shopify app doesn't work, not clear that it should not be used. Very minimal customization of the widget. Support ticket took 6 days to respond. When someone did (Thanos), they were not competent (could not identify the Viral Loops widget, accused me of implementing another form), had attitude, and weren't interested in offering a CSS solution to my very straightforward request.

Your FAQ would benefit from a simple section/ recommended CSS that allows the widget to be left aligned. Responsively, across devices. The support person was unable to assist with this request.

As a prelaunch application, Viral Loops has been fantastic and I highly recommend it to other startups trying to build a proof of concept / proof of consumer interest.
