We are a UKG Ready User and finding and using Victig has been simply amazing! So glad we switched from the other background screening company that we were using, the integration was easy to set up with Victig experts! The reports are easy to read and simple to order. The customer service is beyond outstanding and located in the US and when you call, you get a live person and not sourced out to a 3rd party. I order a lot of reports on a daily basis and the turnaround time is fast and the Victig team reaches out and keeps you informed. If you switch to Victig, you will not be disappointed. I don't feel heard by the staff at Victig. We had a very thoroughly outlined plan for our background checks based on the information we were given through the intorduction and sales process. When it came to reality, though, we didn't have a lot of what we really needed -- without spending more money. Not only do they provide the most comprehensive background checks I've ever encountered, they are always extremely responsive to calls and emails, and incredibly helpful. HR is an industry where we are constantly working with people, but somehow most screening companies won't have an option to talk to a real person. The process is very easy and strightforward, puts the work on applicants instead of manually entering information yourself. The turnaround time is generally pretty quick especially for motor vehicle reports. It's also great that they provide updates on delays.
