What do you like best about Userlike?
What I like best is the easy handling of the software. It is really intuitive and took only a few minutes to match the settings to my corporate identity. I also enjoyed fitting the text templates for the widgets in my own words. With that possibility, I am able to transport the philosophy of the company in my words to our clients. What do you dislike about Userlike?
Generally I have to say that right now I am very happy with Userlike. As an insurance start-up we have more challenges to look for, but with userlike we handled anotherone. There may be just one little thing that is inconvenient for us. I like to establish the whatsapp-communication with my customers, but unfortunately the whatsapp connect feature is just up to the package "corporate" available.

What do you like best about Userlike?
The UI is simple yet effective, it has many useful features and it is easy to implement it in our operations. I've not had the need to contact customer support yet, however I can see that the team is made of more than 40 people, so I'm sure that replies will not take long to arrive if I ever have an issue. Very good management of all operators and their roles and skills. You can change the configuration without having to update your application. There are tutorials that explain all the features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

With Userlike we have found an application that is easy to set up and that offers a lot of interesting functions. The tool is easy to configure and offers a million setting options. So you can set up Userlike according to your wishes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
