What do you like best about Unilog?
The CIMM2 has become a focal point for both product and marketing information with which we are able to communicate with our customers. The backend tools can do a wide variety of functions previously unavailable in web order entry. What do you like best about Unilog?
There is a team that can make changes for you. They have a team state-side and in India so that is a perk for round-the-clock site maintenance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Unilog?
Your website will start to look just like all of their other customers - and if you want to set yourself apart, there are HUGE fees for making changes.
The time it takes to work on some of the tickets submitted is ridiculous. We had a punchout request pending and still not working after 18 months!

The new customers have it easier because they reap the benefit of all that has been built into the product over time by early adopters like us. Upgrading is becoming more seamless with newer platforms. Some features we have helped develop were paid enhancements for us. What do you like best about Unilog?
I like the easy platform that is maneuverable in so many ways. It allows me to do multiple tasks at ones while i'm doing my daily job. The layout is a huge upgrade from the original platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Unilog?
We are in the middle of the rollover. The new platform out of the box fixes 13 critical improvements that our old legacy site lacked. So far so good. We tested the new search engine extensively and the performance will allow us to drop our 3rd party search engine. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
