The automation of the system is really critical and the reason we decided to go with TractionGuest.

No Copy and paste function in experience
No way to collect vaccine information before visit; Visitor needs to make the trip to then sometimes be rejected by criteria.
No way for visitors to upload their vaccine card/drivers license; external scanner needs to be manned by staff
Visuals aren't as customizable as originally expected; Directors didn't like the spacing of the logo but there was nothing we could do
Registration Portal is kind of a disaster for me; I was told it was production ready so I told my Directors about it and started to implement it.
However, I realized that it didn't have nearly the same features as the iPad and it would sometimes and on an error page when editing and signing up.
I just don't like how it's both in development and in production. Sounds to me like it's testing at the customer's expense.
Anyway, we pulled the Registration portal from the user experience and are going only with the iPad.

Seriously, this is the one thing that would prevent me from recommending this product.

TG has a very simple management platform that allows anyone with practically no computer knowledge to get this up and running.
I've done my due diligence and can say that in comparison to other USA and CAN companies, TG has the advantage when it comes to several factors.
They have the most competitive prices in the industry.
Their solution offers tons of features and functionalities that come with the standard package and a lot more if you upgrade to the higher tiers of subscription levels.
Our company's data is not shared or saved in the USA, which is a must for us, a Canada-based company. Their office is based in British Columbia and our data server is located in Canada which is regulated under Canadian privacy law.
They provide 24/7 great online support. I don't like spending time on the phone, if I have the option to chat with a rep, I'll 100% take that option.
2022-04-13 Update: They have finally integrated the Teams notification and it does wonders! Everybody is on Teams, so it was a must feature to have and now that is online, I couldn't be more satisfied. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do not have much to say in this section. All of my needs are currently covered. They offer you the tools and give you access to their wiki which is great, perhaps an included personal customer manager would've been great.

Traction Guest is already very user-friendly, but when you have an issue or need clarification, their support team is very quick to respond and always very helpful. Honestly, there's not much to complain about with Traction Guest. The only issue might be that it seems to time out while you're working, or it freezes up if you have Traction Guest open in multiple tabs.
