What do you like best about Top Producer?
The best part of the system is that they hadn't updated it in 10 plus years, so you don't have to learn new software since they never change it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Top Producer?
I have had multiple issues over the years, the biggest one being their customer service. Just recently, I sent out a time sensitive mass email to my entire firm... sent it thursday afternoon and called Top Producer on Friday because nobody received the email. They told me it was stuck in their server and it would go out in the next day or two. Monday rolls around and it still hasn't been sent, so I call again. They now tell me the email failed and it won't go out at all. They said it failed because of one of the photos in the email...but they couldn't tell me which one, making it difficult to determine what photos to include in the email when I rewrite it. Anyway, after mutltiple phone calls... and sitting on hold for God knows how long, they offered me a $6/refund to my account for my aggravation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Top Producer?
Keeps you in touch with your network without lifting a finger. This means people come to me to get their homes sold or when they're looking to buy even sometimes when I forgot I had automated touchpoints being sent periodically to them! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What is to dislike??? Maybe more drop down menus for more than one mobile number or an easier way to close out a transaction without making a ficticious number of a client you are not working with (I know that was being addressed) MLS#'s search that are outside of your board, because we have several in MI. What do you like best about Top Producer?

There is a lot that I dislike about TopProducer. I do not think that it is very useful when you are first starting and I think it is a giant waste of money. The biggest reason that I am disappointed is that they do not let you out of your contract, which you are locked in for $60/month for 12 months. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Top Producer?
I have used Top Producer for 25+ years. You can capture leads, stay organized, manage the database, and follow up automatically w/emails and letters effectively. What do you like best about Top Producer?
Their customer support is top shelf! I've worked with other CRM's in my career and have always felt like a small fish in a big pond, frustrated when I couldn't get personalized help. The crew at Top Producer not only created a personalized support experience for me, they go out of their way to make me feel valued and appreciated as a customer. They listen to your suggestions for an even better experience and bring it to life! Their training is awesome too! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What do you dislike about Top Producer?
My MLS didn't fully integrate with TP so I had to cancel my Market Snapshot, as it wasn't doing what I wished for it to do. But the team at TP refunded me for my payment as requested, and I'm happy with that. I plan on checking in with that again at a later date. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the interconnection. Manage listings connecting the listing parties. With one click, I can email one or more listing parties at the same time. When I delete emails from the box, they are still attached to the file. Notes added to the parties or the listing are in one place. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
