I like how the app keeps the team organized. It is helpful to see the roster ans contact info for teammates. Also, the group chat is a nice alternative to group emails and text messages, which are hard to keep track of. Best of all is the calendar and availability functions which help all users. The app sometimes fails to load, which is problematic. The app needs to be shut down and restarted, but still it has trouble frequently. This is bad if all communication and schedules and addresses for games are on the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I can see in real time how many are registered and the amount of fees collected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Discontinuing of the Form Fee Page
Registration problems take too long to fix.
Too hard to get connected to a real person.
Constant changes to the software make it difficult.
Parents have to input all the info for themselves for each child versus doing it once for the family.
Too hard for coaches to see current teams. Archived teams interfere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The ability to consolidate all our registrations in one location. This includes season registration, tryout registration and in season onging clinic registration. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The clunkier side of reviewing existing registration details when communicating with membership. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Overall its average industry wide. Availability is nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
For basic player availability the team manager needs to pay a yearly fee, which is not bad. The problem is littered throughout the entire app (game schedules, roster, etc.) are ads that slow the functionality down and minimize its utility, frustrating users. The only way to get rid of ads is for each user to pay a monthly subscription. It's really a bad model with so many better options on the market. You need to do better Teamsnap. Love the simple way to add in a calendar of events, games, tournaments so parents can all have the schedule at their fingertips. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I would love a cleaner calendar view. Maybe view events by week, by month or by day. Also grouping all events to one view. If you're a parent with multiple kids, I'd like to see all in one view. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My TeamSnap App is wonderful. I travel a lot for work, and I am always aware when my son has a soccer game and when he is needed to guest play. That way it allows me to attend the game or sometimes find him a ride to get him the game. I have access to all of the parents on the team Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It was challenging for the Team Administrator to change the old email address to the current one. We still have parents who can't sync the app with their calendars. These are a couple of things that affected me when I first started working with TeamSnap Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
TeamSnap is so easy to use and helps keep all the schedules and information for my teams organized and easily accessible. I love the ease of the email and chat features. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is not much that I dislike about teamsnap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It helps make messaging and contacts very easy with a team that is dispersed across the city. Instant contact. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Not able to take payments from the regular version of TeamSnap. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that you have your entire team, their numbers, family members, schedule, and DM's all in one. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I don't particularly appreciate how they do not keep stats in the app. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Scheduling is on par with other scheduling apps. Communication is alright in comparison. The integration for directions and locations is better than a couple of apps but still just average. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
First and foremost, if I pay for an "Ultra" account, all of my team parents will still receive ads with an option for them to pay additional subscriptions to get rid of ads. The issue with the ads is a non-starter for our program.
Second, the chat options could use a bit more enhancing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
