Support issues are resolved within 24 hours, and this is acceptable to me due to my community license. I

We’ve been using Syncfusion Essential Studio for over 4 years, and it’s been a game-changer for our team. The components are incredibly versatile and cover almost every use case we’ve needed, from basic UI elements to complex data grids and charts. The ease of integration with our existing projects saved us countless hours during implementation. The documentation is straightforward, and even if we get stuck, their customer support team is super responsive—whether through live chat or tickets. We’ve raised nearly 50 tickets so far, and every single one was resolved quickly with clear solutions. The frequent updates with new features and improvements keep the library fresh and aligned with modern needs. It’s rare to find a tool that’s both powerful and easy to use, but Syncfusion nails it. Honestly, there’s very little to complain about. If we had to pick something, a few advanced components initially felt overwhelming due to their depth of customization. While the documentation is good, adding more real-world, scenario-based examples for complex components could reduce the learning curve. That said, their support team always bridges this gap quickly, so it’s never been a major roadblock. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I've been particularly impressed by its flexibility across different development environments, including Blazor. The seamless integration with Visual Studio enhances my workflow, making it easier to design and implement features without switching tools. Additionally, the comprehensive demos that come with the installation package are invaluable as they provide clear examples and serve as a helpful jumping-off point for my projects. These features collectively make Syncfusion a powerful and user-friendly tool that significantly boosts my productivity. I use syncfusion daily, and it's greatly helped increase my productivity and helped me modernize my application look and feel. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
While Syncfusion offers many strengths, there are a couple of areas where it falls short. Occasionally, Visual Studio flags the Syncfusion plugin as a cause for slow startup times, prompting me to disable it to enhance performance. Additionally, managing licenses for applications that use Syncfusion can be somewhat cumbersome. Each time you update the Syncfusion version in your application, you need to generate a new license key, adding an extra layer of complexity to the licensing process. These issues can hinder the overall user experience and workflow efficiency. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The library, especially for Blazor, has allowed me to get up and running quickly on new projects. The look and feel is great and generally speaking, performance is acceptable.
Implementing the NuGet packages is very easy and it does take a lot of guesswork out as they have great documentation on all of their components.
Customer support is outstanding and was a primary driver on choosing this product. I have used this product at home on hobby projects and my experience with customer support is the same as with a paid licence. It made it easy to recommend it to use at work.
I would say they have virtually all components covered to build a full featured site. I haven't needed to go too far into any other libraries to get what I'm after. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I do find the toast notifications difficult to use. There isn't a nice way to call these from a reusable component. I ended up using Blazored.Toast instead for this one component.
The documentation can skew a little too far on the simple side and some more complex examples would be appreciated, but I also realize this is where support can come in and they do answer questions if you're having a tough time getting something up and running. Due to our need to be very complex and exclusive not finding some features such as:

But we are eagerly awaiting the implementation Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Essential Studio ties right in with Visual Studio. Plenty of examples and tutorials, not to mention a support team that is amazing.
Some of the doc for my install was out of date and they stood right up and helped me work through it.
Now, it's just drag and drop to use the components like any other tool.
I'm using it most everyday while in development of tools to help me with my wok. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
not much. Some times the number of options for a component can be overwhelming, but the doc and the support team make it all come togther. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Based on my experience, there are no features in Syncfusion Essential Studio that I dislike. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that for single developers, with small revenew, I have access to a wide variety of components for different tecnologies Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
More than just regarding Essentail Studio, I take (I think) too much time to introduce fixes of issues that the components have Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Using the Syncfusion suite means I can spend less time building e.g. "yet another grid/list view" for some admin operation, and more time on the exciting parts of the product I'm building. Generally the controls are easy to use and implement quickly, with ability to customise for specific use cases. I often find myself reading community posts and finding the answers to whatever questions I have, particularly when it's customising something.
I am using this most days now.
I had one difficulty with the PDF generator and reached out to the support team, they worked hard to understand my specific implementation (hostign environment) and they were able to un-stick me. Amazing! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes I find the seperation of documentation for all platforms a little tricky, because ultimately the base solution and archictecture is the same, but the implementations vary by chosen platform language. Sometimes I have found the answer to a problem from reading docs for one platform and then implementing in e.g. EJ2.
Perhaps a Syncfusion architecture first approach to documentation would work, with tabbed displays showing code examples for your chosen platform.
This would help with the pain of Google searching and appending e.g. "EJ2" or "dot net MVC" to your search query.
This is just one developer's opinion though and I can see how the platform has evolved to what it is today! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
A wide variety of UI controllers is available, and user support is generally satisfactory. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Many controllers and components fail to provide a satisfactory user experience when handling large data sets, as they may encounter rendering issues or experience functionality breakdowns following a version update. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
